I have neuropathy due to spinal injury and it's comical to see me walk with a cane. This is the reason the drive thru pharmacy was a win. After dealing with the drive thru pharmacy and the employees there? I'd rather walk than deal with this location or RiteAid anymore. They're supposed to help people but cause problems more often than solve them....

The general manager Byron is incompetent and will turn you away if you try to return an item. He claimed I had a fake receipt over the logo being a tad bit smaller than their original receipt. He didn't try to scan or look up any serial number. I did purchase a few makeup items from the riteaid in Colton on Washington St and they physically gave me a copy of my receipt it's an older store and so I assume you can go to any rite aid to return. But apparently if the receipt looks a little different then you're a fraud. Completely felt humiliated and had to leave to the store and go to another riteaid that took my products back with no hassle.

Incredible long wait. I went to doctor urgent care they seen me in two hours out the door with my prescription. Rite aid took me 3 hours just to get my cold prescription from pharmacy Sick and waiting

Every time I come to this pharmacy I always have problems… whether I call my prescription in 2 days before, 1 day before, or the day of it is never ready when I’m told it’s “ready for pick up” and I’m having to either wait 30 min minimum or have to come back the next day. The main front desk woman always seems to be having a bad day and comes with an attitude. Try to give benefit of the doubt and try to understand but when it’s consistently like this, it becomes very frustrating.

So I'm leaving this to educate because unfortunately the two older people working the front were not very educated on dollar bills . I went in to buy my son sunscreen and only had a 20 in cash cause o left my bag at home . The man that checked me out accused me Of my $20 looking funny and I said it's old but not fake. I'm a hairstylist and already tested it at work it's real. He then gets a second opinion by the older woman with a short pixie cut and she agreed it was fake. They both then ran a marker on it and it came out real. But still told me unfortunately does not meet their standards and hands it back. So here's a photo of the 20 with their marking on it and here's another photo of a simple google of what the marking is supposed to look like. This was extremely inconvenient and honestly I personally felt they were treating me like I'm some kind of criminal with a fake $20 . Also I'm pretty positive their not supposed to return the cash to the person if it's fake. I do think this should be addressed this is very basic training for anywhere, including where I work and received the 20 . This was at 10 am on 6/27/23

I really appreciate that Rite Aid carries homeopathic products in addition to mainstream over-the-counter medications. Whenever I can't find something, the employees know exactly which aisle it can be found. Prices are reasonable. And I appreciate that I can earn rewards to spend later.

Dear God! Over 20 minutes in the drive thru and NOT 1 car was served. Pathetic and ridiculous how long it takes to do this job. Had to leave the line of 4 vehicles

Little or no customer service in this place. In order to work here one of the criteria is to be rude. Look if you don’t like your job go elsewhere. Don’t take it out on customers. If I didn’t have to pick up a prescription I wouldn’t step foot in this place.

I signed up on line for two shots at the pharmacy. I asked at the drop off desk where I was to go. She took my COVID record card and had me sign agreement that I had signed on line. Then was told I had to wait in the chairs outside the pharmacy. I was called to the cash register and paid my copay for the shingles shot. Then they filled my prescription for my blood pressure medication that I was going to pick up later in the day.A few minutes later, I was called into the office. Pharmacist made sure it was me and that I understood all the possible side effects of the drugs. And made sure I understood the shingles shot was two times and that's all. She was very gentle and patient with my concerns. I received a shot in each arm. They said they had lots of shots today and I even offered to come back another time, but they wouldn't have it! Good experience, but was very crowded for 11 am.

I have been attending this Rite Aid Store on Limonite, in Riverside for 4 years now. It is a very clean and well stocked store! I love the pharmacy staff, especially Rena Trivedi, Yash and Shavonne, and Bianca; whether I'm having a prescription filled or coming for immunization(s) their all top-notch professionals. I should know as having been a registered nurse of 35 years. Can't say enough about this wonderful Pharmacy! Check out this store you will not be disappointed!
