This store has so many empty shelves. No cosmetics,vitamins,travel size items. Has been this way for a couple of years. Can't believe it's still open.

I got a text message that both of my prescriptions were ready, when I got there I was told only one was ready and I’d have to come back for the other one 20-30 minutes.
When I did I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription and
was asked for my I.D., about a week later is when I noticed my driver’s license was missing, I went back and the young girl told me “You should have said something right then and there”
I told her well obviously if I knew I didn’t have my I.D. I wouldn’t be here talking to you right now.
She looked for my I.D. and it wasn’t there! So now I know it was most likely in the bag with my prescription and I’ve since then threw it away…
So now I get to spend the day at the DMV 😡

Rite aid you really have some of the nicest workers. Every cashier has been super friendly, and I wanted to add this because you will always get the nicest conversation when you ask the workers “How are they doing?” They are trying to give you great service and yes they are trying their best ,but even they have rough days. So give them a smile and a friendly wish that they have a great day and you’ll see how great your experience can be. Sometimes they are short staffed but they always try to help everyone that they can. On a few occasions I’ve been helped by a gentleman that served in the Navy. Super professional and just a good person. Love your staff! Keep up the good work!!!

I recently got my RSV vaccine there. It went well. I also got my flu shot and my last booster dose. It's a shame they're closing their stores. I've never had any issues with them. Maybe they'll open again once they fix the bankruptcy problem

I just have a bad experience with the costumer cervice in the store....A big descrimination from the Manager of the storeToday Tuesday November 9The manager make me feel like trash ?......Just because I was 2 ? feetClose to her...Whit out saying anything to her or touching her... she want me to move away from her ?Just because I was making her feel, UNCONTROLLABLEme not eving saying anything or touching herI was just waiting for helpThis is DESCRIMINATION.I FEEL SO BAD ABOUT IT

Attention Rite Aid pharmacy customers, every time you pay, note that they are adding a charge that you are not accepting (KidCents) they add it automatically, I did not look at it but my wife did. Claim is not fair. have proof with receipts.......... They never asked me and I don't select the button to donate or round up, you have it automatically when you close the purchases.

The rite aid employees that work the register are extremely lazy and lie! I drove 27 miles out of my way to get thrifty ice cream! I get there and I’m standing at the ice cream area and the lady yells ice cream is closed however I see gloves and all the ice cream right there and register says open! So informed her I’ll wait till You get these customers done and she then tells me that the machine is broke so confused I asked her “Your registers are broke”? She said no the machine that keeps the ice cream cold! What??? I’m looking at the ice cream it’s fine and frozen? I hear the thing working the ice cream would be melted or they would’ve took it out and put it in the freezer behind where they keep the ice cream after hour’s! I then call and speak to the store manager who tells me there’s nothing wrong with the thrifty ice cream! So basically the lady didn’t want to walk over and do her job! Maybe rite aid should look into getting better employees who don’t lie
