The Riverside Art Museum (RAM) is a vibrant cultural institution dedicated to promoting the visual arts and providing a platform for artists and the community. Housed in a historic 1929 building designed by renowned architect Julia Morgan, RAM features a diverse collection of contemporary and historical artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and mixed media from both local and national artists. In addition to its permanent collection, RAM hosts rotating exhibitions that explore various themes and artistic movements. The museum also offers educational programs, workshops, and events for people of all ages, aiming to engage the community and foster a deeper appreciation for the arts. Visitors can enjoy a rich and engaging experience at RAM, with guided tours, art classes, and family-friendly activities. The museum's commitment to outreach and education is evident through its programming, which includes a focus on regional art and the unique culture and history of Riverside. RAM's two locations, the Riverside Art Museum and the newly opened Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture, provide visitors with the opportunity to explore a wide range of artistic expressions and learn about the vibrant arts scene in Riverside, the "City of Arts & Innovation."
This was the best place to get married! We had our ceremony in the atrium, cocktail hour in the art alliance gallery, and reception on the rooftop. There were ~40 of us and the space was absolutely perfect for us. Very grateful the planning process was incredibly easy as well.

Pretty cool exhibits! It's a little smaller than others I've been to, and that was actually a good thing.
