From the time I walked in to the dealership I was greeted with warm welcomes from Rudy at the dealership he was amazing and excellent sales person just from start to finish everything was straight forward and simple and stress free and he was so accommodating offered us water and anything else that we would need while we were in the process of purchasing my new 2025 Mach E. I can not say how thankful and greatful I am to have him as my sales rep. He was super knowledgeable about my EV answered all my questions and make sure that if I needed anything after this, so any questions that I needed answered that he would be right there every step of the way after the sell of the car. I wanna say that this dealership is super blessed to have him a part of their team and Iām super blessed to have him as a sales rep.

Disappointing experience. The dashboard screen in our Ford Fusion circuited out. We took it there the first time and $350+ and two days later they still didnāt know what the issue was. My spouse complained they asked us to bring it back and would take care of it. The car needed maintenance so we took it back and asked them to do the maintenance and check on the console. Two business days later, we get a call itās going to be $1,300 and that they ordered the wrong part. It will take another day or so. On Monday, we get a call it was ready and they said that the new part was $300 more than they estimated. No one told us the part was going to be more than estimated and they just put it in the car. A bit late to ask if itās ok if itās INSTALLED in the vehicle already. My spouse complained so they gave us a discount but after not having our car for a week we just wanted it back. I show up to pick up the car they tell me they charge 3% of the total of the bill if we pay with a credit card. Thatās 3% on a $1,700 bill! What?! Unless I paid cash or with debit. We are lucky we can pay for it cash but a heads up would have been nice. Before I leave, I find out they didnāt do the maintenance on the car. The reason I made the appointment in the first place! Never again. The place is convenient to take my vehicle to but Iām done with this place.

Beware of loss leader online pricing. Donāt waste your time. They will try and con you with hidden fees and fake excuses to get themselves back up to the original sticker.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Hemborg Ford, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service I received. Luis C. provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. His professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail ensured that everything was handled efficiently and with great care. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, which truly set my experience apart. Additionally, I would like to recognize Josh in the Parts Department for his excellent support. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous, making sure I received exactly what I needed without any difficulties. These two guys definitely need a raise for all they do!
Overall, Hemborg Ford demonstrated a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality sales or service.

Really great experience with Evan Bartoli on Sunday. After going to look at Explorers and drive them. Thanks to Evan went home with a beautiful Explorer Sport.. he was patient answered lots of questions and put up with my husband who has been in the business almost 40 years. Financing was quick. Overall experience was great. Thank you Evan Bartoli I'm over the top with my new Explorer.

Had engine replaced at local shop.
Afterwards I've developed electrical issues and returned it to shop.
They couldn't find the issue for few months. Took it to a different place and 5 other mecanics couldn't figure it out.
As a result of continuing failures for 4 months ive brought it to Hemborg Ford and they did everything by the book, identified the problem and charged far less then I've expected.
Portia was outstanding and the service provided was excellent.
Thank you Hemborg Ford for resurrection of my work truck.
