Go buy at another location salesman and Sales Manager Dereck are Jerks! Bernabe was happy trying to make a sale until the bank rejected the loan and this is the second time it happens to me and I continue to go to this dealer.. I had a complaint and Dereck "Sales Manager" told the receptionist if I had a complaint to leave it on my voicemail because he didn't care what I had to say! I drove the car off the lot and brought it back and they were very rude and with attitude said to take out all my things and snapped the keys out of my hand! This Honda will have you drive the car so happy and call you a few days later stating the bank has concerns.Before coming to this dealer consider going somewhere else. I would love for an actual professional manager to reach out to me, this is my 3rd Honda I buy and the first time I have came across rude unprofessional staff! Usually everyone is nice I've never complained when buying a car until today! Don't buy here go make the purchase of a Vehicle at another Honda. I would highly recommend Auto-nation Honda in Costa Mesa. They go above and beyond.

We live 100 miles away from the dealership, and Derek Buono and Jay Aguila made the experience the best car purchase experience I've had. Jay drove the car to our home, picked up the trade-in, and braced probably hours of heavy traffic. My wife left her glasses in the trade-in, and Jay was so kind to carefully package and ship them back to us the next day. Overall, wonderful experience working with both Jay and Derek. It has become my go-to dealership.

So I see you haveA lot of negative reviews and I realize that it is bunch of native reviews. I try to buy a car from there and you guys didn't give me the opportunity. The girl I was speaking with the Internet sales she's a horrible salesman I don't know why is she there? I spoke to someone about the type bar test drive looks like they don't wanna fucking make a sale on the bar because I'm trying I want to buy the car and test drive it to see if it is what it is if you don't wanna fucking customers potential customers to test drive the cars and you might as well just fucking return that piece of shit

Spreen Honda in Loma Linda where I bought my civic from, denied helping me with my AC when it went out -.- But at Riverside Honda, one of the managers by the name of Scott and his team fixed my AC and I am so forever grateful! THANK YOU SCOTT AND HONDA!! ^.^

This place is a joke seriously!..they have alll these awards from years ago posted up on their service Drive wall supposedly awards given to Honda when I spoke to a Honda representative from American Honda in Torrance I was told they don't give out those awards. Those are franchise dealerships they're privately owned. This place has horrible customer service in the service department, your technicians spill oil in the engine compartment when I do an oil change and don't clean up after the mess they make on your car you leave the dealership and on the road you start to smell burnt oil. And oil drain plug was loose. SRS light is on for air bag took it in and they charge me close to $300 to check and reset the SRS light. they had informed me that the wires underneath my driver seat were short and that I must've been hitting the l when I vacuum the car which is bullshit, And they never gave me a code of what the issue is. That was in June 2023. Light came back on 1 week later. At that time they had informed me it was gonna cost me around $2900 to have the car rewired. After the light came back on again after I got out of a Riverside Honda, which is around July 14 of 2023. I park the car in my garage and I have not moved it since last week which was Monday, September 25 and I got my car back this past Monday.This place is a joke they soak you for money and do Mickey Mouse work. Took my car to Riverside Complete Auto Repair the technician that used to work at Spreen Honda. He opened up his own auto repair shop. Called Riverside Complete Auto Repair behind the Riverside airport. I took my car to him on September 25th 2023 and he had it for a week he found out that the short was coming from the clock spring behind the igniter in the drivers steering wheel. The SRS light was on, and he gave me a code of 11.5, which is the clock spring in the steering wheel behind the airbag igniter. Riverside Honda never told me and or anything about a code number at allllll. All they said meaning the service advisor at Riverside Honda Debbie had informed me that it was a short underneath the wires in the driver seat and that's what they stated on the statement copy that they gave me from Riverside Honda. Any person on here that's giving any high compliments of this dealership is a lie. A friend of mine, bought a brand new car from them, and they soaked them for more of a down payment, and he had to come up with a balloon payment of $4300 a month later thanks to the finance department. I would give this dealership a zero star they don't even deserve one. Here is a picture of my copy of my receipt of the service I had done at Riverside Complete Auto Repair that shows the code. It explains what the issue is with the SRS airbag light from the driver side, airbag clock spring wire behind the igniter in the steering wheel. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau,and to state of California state board bureau of automotive motive repair. and when I got it out from Riverside Complete Auto Repair, my mechanic there reset it the code and he said there was no short coming on yet and the light was reset to shut off the light he said, however, it'll come back on again when you drive the car, because the problem is the clock spring behind the igniter called American Honda and Torrance. They will not assist even though this driver side airbag had two recalls due to the Takata airbag recall Honda will not make good on this and neither will Riverside Honda.I also wanted to mention when you complain to the service advisor and or service manager. About the Mickey Mouse work and service mechanics not tightening the oil drain plug and the oil they spilling on your engine compartment. When you inform the management and then they get pissed off at you and tell you not to bring your car back to service to them please there's a one squad fault with a Mickey Mouse work in the shady employees there. Please don't take a shit on me and then wipe off your ass on me and walk away when this is your fault not

Recently I went to this dealership for a Honda paint recall. I took the day off of work and went to their shop around 2pm. The first attendant I spoke to was very helpful and she got my information and asked me to go inside and wait for assistance.I waited in the shop for maybe about 10 minuets until I was assisted by a technician. I told them I needed help with the paint recall and they told me that they can't service my vehicle. They told me that they don't have a body shop and can't work on my car. They said they had one perviously but they are not longer approved to work on cars. They told me to go to another Honda dealership for help. Later to find out via my main dealership and Honda Corporate that they should have never turned me away. They were just too lazy to do their job.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a salesperson named Gabby. She was incredibly condescending and rushed me to drive to the dealership immediately, even though I told her I might be a while due to traffic and living far away. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by making her wait. Her tone was very rushed and arrogant.I was very put off by her lack of interpersonal skills and empathy for my safety because driving far away in traffic is dangerous, but Gabby didn't care and pushed me to get there faster. Gabby's lack of concern for my safety made me question her trustworthiness.I ended up not buying a car from this dealership because of Gabby's terrible customer service. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Providing an honest review. We bought our 2023 Odyssey about three weeks ago. After calling around and having a very bad experience elsewhere, we called Riverside Honda and were lucky enough to have Barry answer the phone. He was professional, attentive and understanding. I told him I wasn't playing games and wanted an honest and fair transaction. Nothing upsets me more than giving one price over the phone and showing up to some outrageous sticker price because of mark ups/ packages. He was transparent and came in early for us on a Saturday to try to work out a deal. We showed up, worked out a deal- QUICKLY, because he knew we weren't trying to play games and we did it. We were able to show up, work out a deal and pull our new car out the show room in under three hours. One thing I can't stand is people wasting my time. Thank you Riverside Honda and Barry for holding up your end of the deal. Here's to Honda as a brand, selling a quality product.

very bad dealership! They don't respect the email price that they have sent you. I called 2 times to make sure the offer was a real and correct offer and both times was told yes with no conditions...the email i received never stated any conditions and once i drove 1:30 minutes and called 2 times i get told that there was many things i had to go through to receive that offer. Ran my credit for no reason and the worst part is that the guy that ran my credit couldn't even come and tell me that there was no way the deal could be done he had to send his salesman over to tell me it. They wasted my time and there's no reason they should waste yours drive somewhere else don't go here!!!!!

Im so mad at these ppl the lady told me to write down my social but they weren't going to run my credit and next thing you know she comes back with the manger telling me my credit was good and that i was approved when i clearly told her i didn't want to run it because i was just looking around

I went to go look at cars and was greeted with great hospitality by Devin Traylor. I would recommend for any first time buyers looking for a helpful person to guide you with the process of buying a car. Devin gave me thorough looks though multiple models so I can adequately make the right decision for me. Great experience.

You Kept ALL of your promises remained committed to fulfilling my 22 year old daughters goal in receiving the shipment of her NEW 2022 Black on Black Honda Civic Sport. Ron took ownership of her purchase, Loaner Courtesy Car, Mediation between Regional Manager and Store Manager Juan Hernandez. Ron replied to every text message, Call, Concern, inquiry and complaint through this entire challenging process. Our commute from Downey, my daughters commute from Studio City to trade loaner, etc. Ron stood past company hours to wait for her and help her switch into loaner as she was Ron's own daughter!!!!!! I recently purchase my 2022 Nissan Frontier, unfortunately this has been the worst experience I have encounter with dealershio due to their incompetent sales staff, on top that they sold my truck way above MSRP cost they are still charging me DMV fees when I have actually paid them and asking for a 1,000.00 when the sales person Leonardo had told me he was going to erase that charge due to the fact that they did not communicated with financial company of the vehicle I trade in so it seem like I was late on my payment. This is unfair..l have actually tried calling them and they just give me excuses. and they dont want to admit that they are responsible for all this mess. by far worst customer service I have dealt with
