The worst car company ever ran my credit through the ground didn’t tell me they was going through other banks when I told him only run it 1 time but he ran it 26 times and drove my credit down stay away from these guys there horrible salesman

Good people with kind hearts treated me like a customer not like a crook like moss bros has done me after buying 2 cars from them. I purchased my 1st new car from Toyota of Riverside in 1996 and another in 2000 from Kia of Riverside. I don't know if Dave Kiperling still works there but he knew how to treat a customer just as K. Legget does..I thank them for making the experience a great one...

Went to Riverside Hyundai today due to a recall. I had made an appointment last week with Chan Shin because they had to order the part. When I got there today Chan explained that they were very busy and it would be about a 3hr wait. I wasn't happy however I decided to be a patient customer. Chan got my car serviced as quickly as possible and I appreciate that very much. The nice thing about the whole experience was that Chan was extremely professional and courteous and I made a new friend while I was waiting. Thank you Chan Shin.

Purchased a vehicle for my mother in March 2024. Glad we bought the car but broken promises and terrible followup service has made this purchase very disappointing. Anthony, our sales person, was polite, but he made a promise to ensure that my mom would have two remotes/key fobs since only one was present. This was very important to her. He didn’t follow through. After many inquiries, we finally gave up as I’m sure he’d hoped we would. Besides that, I didn’t feel the dealership was honest about body repairs that had been done on the vehicle. The body work looked decent so we decided to go ahead. Then we were assured we could review the extended warranty policy before buying into it. We did and actually wanted the upgraded full bumper to bumper warranty but it’s been like pulling teeth to get it. John, the finance supervisor, has made and broken promise after promise that he’d get the paperwork to us, it’s now been 2-1/2 months since purchase, many emails and voice messages later… and crickets. Nothing. My mother is elderly, all she wanted a reliable car with an extended warranty. Why is this so difficult?! I cannot recommend a purchase from this dealership unless they do as they’ve promised. TO THE DEALERSHIP: Repeat and referral business can be invaluable and prove plentiful. It’s a practice few dealerships have learned. Superior customer service is everything! If you own up to your promises I will revise this review accordingly. In the meantime, I couldn’t possibly send you referrals nor would I return to buy.

They need to service the used vehicle better my wife bought a 2020 Honda pilot from Riverside Honda and 5/25/24 I took the vehicle to get service at *********** Honda for recall after the fix the problem they told me that I need service my throttle body,brake fluid transmission fluid and coolant service we just bought this vehicle 7 months ago what's up with that.
