When we first started looking for my engagement ring we found Robbin's brothers to have a relatively large selection of beautiful pieces. We were super excited. We were assisted by Raquel who was super amazing and professional in assisting us to find the right piece for me. My fiancée bought it shortly after. Unfortunately, when he came to pick up my ring, the band was supposedly discontinued. We had to start looking for another band; in a total panic we went back to search for another band. We were assisted by someone different who was able to help and said that they could still order the same piece as desired but it would have to be a custom order (of which was about $1200 more than anticipated). I told her I was apprehensive about doing so since I wanted to ensure it was the correct piece I had seen before. I didn't want to pay for something I wasn't sure I was going to receive. They ordered another similar piece and we drove down to see it, it was not the correct piece. I was in a complete panic by now. Another girl found out there was an exact matching piece to my ring and ordered a memo piece and it was expected to arrive the same day my fiancé's ring was. We get the call and drive down yet again. His ring is ready and we find out someone sent back the memo piece they had set aside for us prior to us seeing it for my band. We told them 3 times when we would be back to see it (of which was within 4 days of them receiving the piece in & letting us know it was ready) Livid was honestly an understatement as we've traveled 1-1.5 hours each way to get this ring. The third lady who assisted us, Bridgette, was super apologetic and professional about it. She offered to order the sample piece yet again. I told her I unfortunately couldn't keep making the drive only to be disappointed with the fact that we've had an issue with memo pieces twice. She understood and was able to send the piece to another location closer to our house. We're still waiting for the piece but they've ensured that it's the correct one. Additionally to this, we had to come back hours after receiving my fiancé's ring as there was an issue with It. It looked as if there was a scratch or a portion that was unfinished. Bridgette was kind enough to stay later than anticipated to assist us with the issue; of which we very much appreciated. Overall we are happy with our pieces but it's clear the organization and communication with this location needs some assistance.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Elizabeth today when I had to get my wife's rings cleaned and resized. Elizabeth went above and beyond expectation. It's always a great experience working with someone is so accommodating even though we aren't in a state where Robbins Brothers are available. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for her customers is beyond impressive. If you ever need any services from Robbins Brothers in the future, Elizabeth is undoubtedly the person you need to go to!

The service here was amazing. We came here to get a new ring for my husband since his broke. We were assisted by the manager Raquel, and when I say she was AMAZING I mean it. She helped us with actually getting the ring repaired instead of getting a new ring we didn't know of all the benefits and warranty that we had the previous store didn't tell us. While we where there we also got a past present future ring and I am in LOVE. she had it resized and soldering with my wedding band. Raquel went over all the warranty's and benefits with them. I will be going back and recommend them.

I had always thought very highly of this place cause before I had always been given great service. The first time I visited this place I was just looking and thought hey when I get some money I'll come back. Fast forward 6 years I came back to buy a longer forever ring. I was helped my Larissa and she was great, they didn't have what I wanted at first so she ordered a ring from elsewhere and when that got there I still didn't like it. So I didn't decide to go with any ring as the time. They asked their manager to help I guess maybe for a last push effort to see if they could help me. And that's when it happened. Larissa immediately became disengaged and almost borderline disrespectful. When the manager started helping me , which wasn't my fault. Karissa could have continued to help my ring search but because she didn't she had Avery bad attitude. When I tried to talk to her she didn't respond, when I tried again she didn't even loin my way and just smirked. When I finally left I told the manager if I come back it's because Larissa have such good service (that was me trying to make her look good because I still didn't understand why she was acting so mean to me) and as I left I waved and said bye Larissa, and she just said bye didn't even look my way. I thought wow what went wrong? And now I will never be coming back and never recommending this place to anyone. FYI I ended up buying from KAY and in half I did t buy with Robbins brothers

My fiancé and I have had a very long engagement and have finally set a date and found a venue. unfortunately, since it has been so long we have been struggling to find a wedding band that goes well with my engagement ring. we got my engagement ring from Robbins Brothers so I thought I would be able to find a wedding band there. I've been in twice since we booked our venue and have yet to find one. Each time the associates told me to keep looking online and if I find one I could call the store and have the rings sent to the store so that I could make sure it was what I am envisioning. Well, I finally found two! I was so excited that I called the store and gave the associate the sku number and he told me that in order to have the ring sent to the store I would have to put down a 50% deposit. When I asked about the other ring (which they had 1 in store), he told me that they couldn't guarantee that it would be there for my apt but that I could put down a 50% deposit for a hold. This 50% down to come "look" at a piece of jewelry rule was never once mentioned prior to this call and it's really frustrating, discouraging, and honestly terrible customer service. If I walk into the store to look at the rings they have I'm not required to put a 50% deposit down but if i want to look at anything they offer that isn't in store I have to hand out money for them to hold onto and If I want to set up an appointment for something that they have in store I have to hand out money for them to hold. We had an awesome first experience it's very disappointing that the customer service has fallen so much. We have no problem putting money down when we find "The" ring but to have to throw money down just to look is outright ridiculous. Especially when so many couples are also having to put deposits down for actually wedding bookings. I will not be recommended Robbins Brothers to anyone else.

Great service with them everytime I go in to get my rings looked at or cleaned .To make sure everything is good with my jewelry I bought from them .Just there regular inspection to keep up with them .

My fiancé and I visited this store in august searching for a wedding band for me. We walked out the store and paid the full amount including insurance and other fees for the ring. They gave us a 3-5 week window which we were happy with. Fast forward to October, we still haven't gotten a call or message. We called them and they told us the ring order wasn't even placed at all!! So they guaranteed us another 3-5 weeks but with expedited shipping. Again some weeks passed by and we reached out to them. And their response was the ring will arrive few days RIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING. That's way too close for my comfort. If my wedding isn't as special as it should be, ILL BLAME ROBBINS BROTHERS FOR THEIR LACK OF COMPETENCY. BUYERS BEWARE!

My fiancé and I visited Robbins Brothers in Riverside in August 2022 and we were pleasantly greeted at the door by Raquel. Her warm friendly demeanor was significantly appreciated as was her patience as I described exactly what I was looking for. She made our experience an evening to remember and I am forever grateful for her Help with finding my PERFECT ring! Additionally, I reached out to Raquel by phone and she was assisting another client. I explained my question to the kind gentleman that picked up and he was able to assist me with my inquiry. Not long after I hung up I received a return call from Raquel, she wanted to ensure my needs were met and thanked me for calling. I share this because Robbins Brothers demonstrated communication and a one team spirit that is far and few between. We will purchase purchase my fiancé's ring from Robbins Brothers too and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

my husband and I ordered our engagement rings the same day we got married at court in July .. his needed to be sized up ... got a drop off day for his ring .. when I went to drop off the day they gave me .. they said I didn't have an appointment .. and was still able to drop it off ... but they got his size wrong ...my ring needed to be a special order and sized .. that would take 6-8 weeks to arrive at the store.. so only took my diamond home .. when they finally called me that my ring has arrived and take my diamond so it may be placed ... when I got there and looked at the ring band ... it's wasn't the color I wanted ... the guy look at me like I was lying .. I showed them my receipt ... now I have to wait again.. I called today they said it should arrive in October 13... I planned on having photo shoot by the end of September in a winery ... I don't plan on having a photo shoot on October... I'm so disappointed

They got a lot of amazing things to look at but it's not a deal at all. the diamond district in LA or The jewelry exchange and Tustin offer a much better deal but their s*** is beautiful

The only reason I'm giving this place 1 star is because of the service. I went three times in one week and each time I was ignored. The first time I was told they were understaffed, which is understandable and it would be about an hour before they'd be able to assist me, and the last two times I went with an appointment and still received no help. I made eye contact with two of the sales workers and neither of them asked if I needed help or assistance. Im not sure if it was because of my appearance (came in a work polo, black jeans, and running shoes) and saw that others were being helped who came in after me. Keep in mind that I was willing to pay for the engagement ring in cash the same day. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

My fiancée and I went here over a year ago to get her engagement ring and I just left here again today for her wedding band. Hands down, The. Best. Experience. Ever. Raquel Cole is an AMAZING manager and salesperson. Very attentive to our wants and needs and does not push what you don't want. We even got my wedding band here too. Their payment options are perfect for everyone and they will work with you to make sure you get the ring(s) you want. Highly highly recommend this location and def ask for Raquel! And the rest of the staff is amazing too by the way, don't want to leave that out haha.
