I had alot of work done on my 66 bug and the owner did a great job. Very helpful and he explained everything he did, what I could do and his prices were very fair. I will continue to take my car there for other future upgrades or service.

This place is AWESOME!!!! It's very difficult to find a mechanic who is: 1) Honest, 2) Knowledgeable, 3) Friendly, and 4) Has more than fair prices. Driving an old VW bus is supposed to be fun, otherwise why would you do it. They are slow, hot, unreliable, and expensive. Having someone who has the expertise to work on a 50 year old vehicle and charge fair prices - priceless! These guys absolutely know what they are doing and are more than just mechanics - they care about YOUR vehicle. They will be taking care of my bus for as long as I'm around!

Amazing staff very helpful and knowledgeable my bug would be nothing without their help. They don't take advantage of you and they truly care about the trade. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking to fix up their VW!

These guys are the best. I brought my manx dune buggy in to rebuild the front axle, and when I picked it up, there were other safety issues that were not a part of the work they did that needed to be addressed to safely get it home. Not only did they fix those issues, they wouldn't let me pay for the additional parts!

I highly recommend these guys! They put a new engine, transmission, clutch, and a bunch of other stuff. They made her look beautiful and run like new! They are super honest and friendly. The owner was very very candid about what needed to be done and his prices were fair. I would recommend him highly. After all the work was done, I decided to sell her and he took care of that for me as well! Amazing place to take your precious Volkswagen!

I had carburetor problem and many other issues with my Westfalia and these guys put me at ease. I was treated with respect and they helped me out like I was part of their family. I recommend this shop to anyone and encourage everyone to support our local businesses like this. Thank you guys for helping me with the bus and I will definitely see you guys again because I own a VW lol.

I enquired to see how much they would charge to replace the intake pipe that connects to the MAF sensor on my GTi (which is like a 30 minute job). They said it's $200 for the part (reasonable) but that labor would be $440. I was blown away by this. I immediately hung up and called somewhere else. That other place I called after quoted me $50 for labor, EMD auto in Anaheim. Ridiculous price for such a small job. After reading the reviews I was hopeful they place as fair, it's a shame they tried to rip me off.

This joint is the best. I has a '69 bug some years back and they always helped me with parts and service. I also own a '76 Bus which they will be helping me restore. The owner is an honest businessman that tries to help you out as best he can, anytime. The prices are more than fair and their work is impeccable on all accounts. There is no one else I trust with my VW needs. I am so thankful I live so close by and have always been able to use a lifeline with them. I cannot express how much I appreciate their service and knowledge. It's a wonderful feeling when you walk away from a service shop and don't feel like you were taken advantage of. Thanks 'Save a Bug'. You have a lifetime customer with me.
