It's ok. The stuff is very pricey. But you get what you pay for.But, charge 25.00 for small nippers.. at cvs I can the little nail set for about 15.00.

Hector is the worst, beware if you have a complaint, he will write notes about you and give them to staff who will laugh in your face. I wanted to change hair color and they told me I needed to lift my color. I told them I was bleach sensitive , but they still sold me a product that contained cream bleach. My scalp had chemical burns and my hair was ruined. I called and talked to May (she sold me the product), I told her I was upset and she apologized and offered a refund. I was upset about my hair but what could I do at that point, so I calmed down and looked for a method of reclaiming my healthy hair.Later that day Hector called me for no reason to question me if I used the product correctly and told me May did everything correct, I questioned him as to why he called me to imply I was not using the product correctly and told him to look at the box in the fine print where it said (contains cream bleach", he denied everything I said and called me rude over the phone and I responded with " well I'll you guys tomorrow for my refund that's all". I went in for my refund and there was 2 other girls working that I hadn't seen before. When I told them the issue they looked me up and down and asked what my name was. I told them my name and they returned with a yellow post it note with my receipt. I'm not sure why they needed that when I had my receipt. They were friendly and got me the products I needed, but at checkout the other worker took the yellow note and laughed saying ( haha this is what Hector wrote about her) after saying that the employee checking me out shushed her and side eyed her. I was furious but my boyfriend urged me to leave without causing a scene, even after driving past the store while leaving I saw the girls looking at me and laughing. I've called corporate for this incident and will continue until something is done. Don't go to this location and if you do, know what you are getting and don't ask the workers for any help , they are not trained well and this could be your outcome. I wonder how many other people they do this to.

HECTOR ROCKS! He's a GREAT color specialist! I went in today because the copper color that I had done ended up being too light and too bright for my liking. I went in and he set me up with a great mix of colors to deepen it while still being a lovely copper color. Couldn't be happier. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! Sally's and all its customers are lucky to have him. THANK YOU HECTOR! :)

I truly love this place my first visit and the girl who helped me was so kind, friendly and extremely helpful with so much information I felt like I was talking to my cousin or hairstylist. Thank you ??

They forgot to include my scissors (that they held at the register) in my order at check out and when I went back to get it at 8:02pm they wouldn't sell it to me saying the registers already closed. Lame.. upgrade the system and please offer service for mistakes ?

just came out of the store. girl with dark hair, bangs, and glasses was really rude, condescending, and tried to make me feel stupid for asking a question. the other customer there was more helpful and informative. sally’s you should hire them instead. your employee put a bad taste in my mouth. will not be returning to this location unless absolutely desperate.

I arrived today at 4pm with a sign on the door that said, "Short staffed today will return in 35 min sorry for the inconvenience".If your short staffed fine, but if I call in advance and arrive with a sign on the door without any actual return time stated, I have no clue if the 35 minutes just started or if I only have to wait for a few more minutes.Give the customers an accurate return time to set the expectation. Who's to say that sign wasn't there longer than 35 minutes? This is how you set healthy expectations with reasonable customers and still deliver good customer service or at least as good as it can be.This is completely inconsiderate of people's time, especially if they have other errands to run.To make matters worse, another woman walked up and said this happened to her at this location previously. Then, two other ladies walked up, confused by the sign and asked how long I had been waiting, trying to get an accurate point of reference as it should have been explicitly stated on the sign. And then another woman walked up asking how long it had been and at that point the crowd standing outside just left.This is my first and last time coming to this Sally Beauty.

just went in (12/14/21) at around 10:40 and got weird looks from the only female employee and her welcome was forced. i ignored it until another customer walked in and got welcomed and got help. i was hoping to get help but ended up having to go elsewhere and left feeling uncomfortable.

This review is for Haley. I came in today looking for red dye for my hair and I feel most comfortable when I am getting help from someone with colored hair/experience dying their own hair. Her purple and green combo was so dope first of all. She was so sweet, attentive & very helpful. The store itself, was very neat and their shelves/selections were full (many options to pick from). There's a closer store down the street from my house but I will definitely be coming back here! Thanks girl (=

This store on Magnolia by Ralph's has terrible customer service. I did a online order on Friday and today is Sunday and they give you 72 hours to pick up your order which is 3 days well I go in there today, 2 days since I did my order and some idiot associate canceled my order. I tried explaining to them that it isn't even 48 hours and they told me that I should be getting a refund in 7 to 10 days. I didn't get any apologies so I called customer service to what was going on and their customer sucks also she just said your order was canceled by the store. I will not be supporting this store or their chain any longer. They need to add a -negative to the stars because they don't even deserve a 1 star.
