Thank you soo much Elva! I moved in on September 16th 2023 and everything went amazing! My very first time renting a storage unit and wow this was just great. I ended up renting a (10x15 Unit) for only $130/Month which is the best deal in Southern California. If your looking for a big storage unit for a great price check them out. Elva was a true blessing to me she went above and beyond the day I moved In. Thank you! :)

This review is concerning the parent company's blatant and misleading false advertising, but more importantly, about their deceptive bait-and-switch tactics. I was about to sign up for a unit at the Riverside office, on-site, after reserving a large unit online. After learning about their mandatory rent increases, I immediately decided to take my business elsewhere. These increases take place on a scheduled basis, in a short time frame (see below).On another note, the office manager, Elva, was a pleasure to speak with. She was very patient and forthcoming in explaining these matters to me. ... The parent company's hidden contract and mandatory rent increases ARE NOT DISCLOSED ANYWHERE ONLINE when you reserve a unit for storage. RENT IS SCHEDULED TO INCREASE ON THE 4TH MONTH after moving in and AGAIN EVERY 9 MONTHS THEREAFTER. You do the math. + 15% more of what you owe can only grow larger and larger in just 4... 9...18...27 short months. You get the picture. Disgusting. This is corporate greed at its worst. ZERO TRANSPARENCY coupled with A LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR PRECIOUS CLIENTELE. The experience can only get worse and worse, let alone more expensive, as you give the company your hard earned dollars and loyalty in the months and years to come. If you need any more facts, contained in their horrible contract, call the 877 number for more information, and ask them to send you a contract in advance to review - which they will not send you. Need I say more?

If I could give no stars I would. My first day moving in, after only half an hour, the manager came screeching up to my door and began screaming at me that I was not allowed to sit down. I am 57 years old, and it was 106° outside. I was moving a full truck by myself. The second time she came by my unit, she reminded me that if I sat down again she would contact police to have them do a welfare check on me. I was not playing any music, I was not smoking, I was not doing anything out of the ordinary. She drove by several times after that yelling at me that I was on camera. After speaking with two other tenants here, who repeated the same scenarios, we all agree that we will not continue another month here. This company needs to learn to hire people who are well versed in customer relations.
