Honestly horrible customer service from a girl that is more pale then white she was rude and rudely told me what did I want when all I wanted was someone to help me. I don't understand why you guys hire people like that.

This Sephora is nice and big, but it's always packed! Too many people ISO beauty? Who knows... but the service in this particular Sephora is really good. No matter how full it is I always have found a friendly face to help me.

Teresita was super rude . And after being rude but yet still helping me but with an attitude she still had the audacity to feel entitled to tell the cashier that she helped me. Well, yes, I did but I told them her customer service skills are absolute trash. Work on them honey!

I called 40 min prior my appoinment to ensure, i was still booked. Victoria the manager said " she was about to call me that my appoinment is canceled as her make up artist called out." I find it VERY, VER irresponsible as we must book weeks prior for a SPECIAL event and they simple cancel you minutes prior. Now what? I'm left with no make up, and too late to book elsewhere! She did NOTHING to try and help. It be nice if they had a back up plan as extra staff available, or call other sephora and book you there. If I could give 0 stars I literally would.

I went here to purchase a self tanner this past Tuesday. I had store credit from returning a purchase which I had no idea could only be used online. When I went to the counter to check out I asked about using it, from the moment I walked up the worker seemed annoyed. She almost yelled at me to put in my number and her whole demeanor was very off putting. I politely asked if I could use my credit and she proceeded to rudely say I didn't have enough insider points to redeem them. I tried to explain that it was not points it was credit and even showed her my screen to prove I wasn't making it up. She raised her voice several times and said she had never seen that in her life. I ended up leaving without buying anything. Please train your employees to be more respectful it really ruined my shopping experience.

It's a small store and most of the ladies there were nice and welcoming. Erin the cashier was horrible and I had to walk away so I could avoid making a scene. She was extremely rude and continuously gave me an attitude when I went to purchase a few things for birthday. I'll continue to to order online to avoid rude employees or just purchase from ulta from now.
