Went in to look for a moisturizer and had a worker (male) follow me as I was looking to find an item that they didn’t have it and got my birthday gift and as I was walking out he was near the side by the exit watching me. Felt uncomfortable

I always place my Sephora orders online. I had my alternate pick up person pick up the order today. On the Sephora website, it told me I had 30 minutes to place my order today and still pick it up at the store, so I went ahead and placed the order. When my fiancé goes to pick up the order, they tell him that it’s after 6pm and he can’t pick up the order when clearly the Sephora app told me otherwise. Never ever have I had any issues picking up any order from Sephora stores before except this one. This was very irritating. If a customer already drove there to pick up the order, why not just give it to them. You aren’t making burgers, the products are already packed. This was a huge turn off and I’ve been a rouge member for years. Never placing any orders from this store again.

I love this place and the great atmosphere and excellent attention of the employees is what you find here, very friendly attention and above all very kind people who help you find what you are looking for, my experience here has always been good and the most important thing is that If you are looking for your tone of any makeup, they give you a sample so you can try it and if it is your tone, you go back and buy it and that's it, but also if you bought one and you didn't like how it turned out, you can return it without any problem

A quick shout out to this store. Never disappoint. Every single time I've been there, every one of their staff members have been very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My last visit was yesterday, I believe who helped me was Andres. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

Ive seen a recent review similar to my experience,I was shopping and asked to see a fragrance and was targeted and followed by employees checking if i had “taken” the perfume This is ridiculous your manager needs to tone down

Never ever gonna give this store my money. I went in there with 2 other friends my friends and I are people of color. This manager would not leave my sight, I asked to smell a fragrance and decided against it, shortly after he called on his walkie talkie to make sure the fragrance that I had requested to smell was still on the shelf. I felt so judged and disrespected. Just because I wasn’t dressed to their standards it doesn’t mean I should be followed around. Spend your money elsewhere or make the drive to Victoria gardens, they’re so much more welcoming.
