Shell is a very good quality gas so regardless of the area, if there's a closeby Shell I will definitely gas up there.

If you are a paying customer looking to fill up, buy snacks, and use the restroom, take your business elsewhere. We went here to do the standard stop which every gas station knows people travel and use their restrooms when they make a gas stop and food stop. They denied us use even though we bought food just for that and filled up. Otherwise we would have held off for the next gas station. You would swear we were using their restroom at home or something. I should have stopped the purchase transaction as he denied my husband use as I was about to pay.

My husbands car was having issues and came to a holt at this location. Initially we assumed it was fuel, so we gathered the little change we had on us to get his car going again. An evening manager Gamal tried to refuse allowing us to pay with change and claimed he could only accept rolled coin currency (which is false). After putting in the gas we then figured out it was the battery. We asked to manager if we parked the vehicle out of the way, if we could return the next morning at 8am to tow it home. He said we could but if it was towed it wasn’t his responsibility, it would be the owners. We then asked for the owner and corporate’s information, to ask him/her for approval or at least find out where our car would be if it was. Gamal then refused to give me the information information. When I asked him, “So how do we find out where our car will be if it’s gone?” He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head. I was amazed with this mans lack of empathy, customer service, and rudeness. Especially the way he talked to my husband like he was nothing. For better customer service I would suggest ANY other location then this one.

The old man with glasses tried to humiliate me because I didn't press the right button when paying with debit. He didn't want to give me my receipt with the car wash code. When I was leaving the store, he was mocking me. 06/09/2019 at 8:08pm Cashier name: Said I would give them negative stars. Really rude service!

Customer service is exceptional! The store is always clean, very friendly empolyees, good prices, fresh fried chicken. Only place i get my gas!

No active number,they cannot be reached,I lost a part that came off in the car wash,tried to call them but asked for my remote access number.
