I recently made my homemade meat sauce and was out of my favorite red wine and I stopped by to see if they carried it . I was so pleased that they did and as always meat sauce came out perfect every time. I rate this place a 10+. Only because I can rely on it for last minute meals and items needed . Thank you Smart& Final Extra! You guys always come through as always and meal came out delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful as well and store is always amazingly clean. Highly recommend this store.

Went with my children and found that a lot of the food was outdated. Be aware. Saw this pepperoni and plenty of other items.

Worse manager ever, it's my 3rd time I have asked her for help. she as always said no, 1st i needed help to find a pasta.. she said sorry we don't have it, but then another girl helped me. 2nd, i went to exchange something the next day I bought with the recipe she said sorry we don't do exchange whiliy they do. 3rd my daughter got hand burn i needed few ice and she refused to give first aid....

Horrible managment Horrible employees. Went here on last week and had an horrible experience it was a new worker name Tommy he said with an attitude that he was in training but he did not know how to do wic in his system so he freaked all out and made a big scene you would of thought i commited a crime for using wic . It is not my fault that they did not show him how to do wic and i have a foster kid that is on wic notthing wrong with wic but he made it seem like a big deal and had a long line and made a big scene and when i told management she did not care at all .Horrible place will be contacting corporate

I use to have ok experience with this store, until today. I got two white claw that on sale with the digital coupon. I do it the same way every time, clip it then show the bar code. The woman scan the bar code and it didn't reduce the price. She seem to not know how to do it. I was ok about it and wait. It the big white guy that piss me off, he was very rude. I was paying with my winning lottery tickets. The woman seem to not know how to do with the transactions. He told her that I can pay it with different money from the lottery tickets. Should I contact the lottery commission? The woman finally figured out how to do the transaction. This big white guy seem to have a bad attitude most of the time. I hope that he not a manager, it would be bad for business. This was their mistake and should not be hating on the customer.

They are always out of sale items. Mostly bait and switch. They put out a very minimal quantity of a sale item then when asked, they say "too bad".So if you are going there for a sale item, be prepared to not get it.

Normally, I only go here for the meat and there hasn't been an issue. Sunday (10/22/23) I got lazy and bought sides as well. Didn't notice until today that the use by date on the pasta salad was 4/2023...
