Don’t believe the reviews . Came in today to deliver . Parked in the street came in to get instructions and check in procedures. The guard (very nice and professional) guided me and gave me the scoop on what to do . 2:30 am is when they start . You pull up to the parking area park truck up against the curb so that employees can go around you . You go back to security guard give him your truck and trailer info and he gives you your assigned door with pass . Very simple and easy. Backed into door and checked into lumper office , paid and when I was getting into truck the truck was being unloaded . Guard advised to back into dock area from guard shack . Not to bad , it’s a little tight but I’ve been to worst places .

Giving a 3 star so far..pull into the driveway off the street (at 5:01 am) check with guard she takes my info and tells me follow that truck. When you get to the front of the line come back and see me. It's now 7:30 am. I'm still in line waiting for a door assignment.
I'll let you know what happens!
Update..its now 8:52 am. Finally got a door. Got an easy door #7. Other than the wait to get the door I would give it at least a 4. All the people working here I've encountered are super nice. I'm told this warehouse will be closing soon moving I guess? Let's see how long to unload. Lumper guy super nice.
It's now 10:50 am. Lumper already paid. Haven't even started unloading me yet.
Update: 11:37 and movement in the trailer..plus side..i leashed up my 2 little dogs and went for a walk since I'm near the gate. Sat at the picnic table near lumper office for quite a while. Security gal and other drivers came and said hello..thats always worth an extra star.

One star is too much for this place , I had an 800am appointment , checked in at 700am, and didn't finish. Tell 5:30pm

you should expect to wait here in line for hours. I’m not saying the positive reviews are lying, but 99.99% time you will not just cruise in and out of here, you will wait all day.

Stop picking load for this warehouse if you want to come take food with you i came here 4 in morning and my appointment is 5 i got door at 11 and check out at 3 they take too much long i will cancel my load and they waste my full day

I have appointment for delivery 6pm and come here early they told me come to 5pm when I come back again for delivery at my appointment they say my PO number not in list for delivery and they don’t have space for load than y u make appointments and also two guys before me they are waiting from yesterday to deliver today if u have appointment for today it’s means they take u next day so be prepared for deliver here it’s worst place
