We were greeted by Faby today 12/3. We chose the wrong size when we did it online. She was able to show us the correct size we were looking for, and she was able to fix it for us. She is very pleasant and helpful employee of SmartStop Self Storage. We recommend this place very clean and we left as a satisfied costumer.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Jen, who truly went above and beyond to help me out. From the moment I arrived, Jen was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with every detail — even things that weren’t technically part of the job. She took extra time to make sure I got the right unit for my needs, helped me navigate the paperwork quickly, and made the whole process stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Jen does. Her attitude, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. I left feeling confident that my belongings are in good hands.
