How do I contact this business no one answers the phone and there is no voice-mail set up

Came here since it advertised opening at 9:00 am. Arrived at 9:10 am and was closed. Waited until 9:30 am still closed. Gave 3 stars for benefit of the doubt.

Emma was super friendly and quick to provide me service. Was very thankful to have a friend recommend her to me when I needed to get a title transfer done while the dmv was closed and needed it in a pinch. Highly recommend coming here, plus there is a taco truck across the street so what else could you ask for?
