I genuinely like this laundromat. The card system is super convenient, and they accept debit/credit, though there's now a 50¢ fee for using a card. I'd recommend bringing cash to avoid that. The smaller washers ($2.50) only take quarters though, so plan ahead if you want to use those.
They have large washers and dryers, and the prices are reasonable. The main downside is that quite a few machines are often broken, including one of the card loading stations. It also gets pretty hot inside since there's no AC, just fans.
It’s usually busy, but the staff is friendly, and it stays fairly clean. Sometimes there are questionable people outside, but it's in a decent area with shops and food nearby. Overall, I’ve had good experiences and the equipment works well and fast.
Update - unfortunately I have to take away a star due to an increase in broken machines. It’s affected my last two visits by putting my clothes into a washer or dryer only to find it was broken. Once, my clothes even got stuck and the door wouldn’t open and the worked had to pry it. There is also now a charge to use debit as well, and you have to get 10$ minimum. (50 cent charge I think) They did get the other card machine up and running though.

Been coming here for the last 2 years never have issues. Had to get a new card
And when I put 40 on it . And went to use it , it said invalid card. There no number and no one here . To help resolve the issue

TOTAL EFFEN RIP OFF!!!!!!
I put $20 and receive my card. The card had an error said to see attendant I was there at 7 AM there’s no attendant till 9 AM. There’s no phone number nobody to help. I put another $20 in because I asked somebody if they had ever had problems, they said no And I needed to get my laundry done and it took my other $20 still that new card said error so now I’m just hoping that when I come back at 9 AM that I don’t have to argue with this person and if they make it right. But regardless, I would not go here go somewhere else!!! They will gladly take your money, but it won’t give it back!!!!!

Amazing customer service by Alma. She is always helpful and very sweet. She keeps the laundry matt clean. Alma also provides great bilingual help if needed for both Spanish speakers and English speakers. The the washer and dryer machines are the best out of any of the laundry mats that I visited before I stopped by just to see if I would like it and have continued to use it regularly on a weekly basis. And have never been disappointed with anything in this matter. Then card system used makes it so much easier and waist less time then using quarter. I highly recommend this Laundry Matt to anyone.

White old dude disrespected my grandmother. Told her she had to leave because she couldn’t dry her clothes there if she didn’t wash. She had previously already had dried clothes there without washing without a problem. We understand if that is the rule but he threw out and embarrassed her in front people and treated her like if she was a threat. He made her drag her heavy clothes in the heavy rain and mind you my grandmother is pretty old and has disabilities that doesn’t help her in this situation. That man should be fired for how he treats people.The date was March 15th and the time that my grandmother went around 5:45pm - 7pmIf you can’t find the video my grandmother will be able to talk to the owner and explain her side of the story.

Inconsiderate male worker who thinks it’s okay to verbally abuse an older woman. This woman came into the laundry mat and did not know that she had to use the washer first. She wanted to dry her clothes because her dryer was broken. This man yelled and berated her kicking her out and telling her it wasn’t his problem that her dryer was broken. Then he followed her outside and waited for her to leave. Extremely unprofessional.

Last time there was beer being drank inside at least I didn't see any. No bathrooms at all for customerseven willingto pay to use it. . Out of 16 dryers on the back wall only 4 worked. I wish the owners was still here, and the nice lady. Now we're stuck with Ms rude unless you speak Spanish. I've been coming here for around 6 years, and things have never been this poorly ran. Just finishing what I had on the card, and I'm done. I'd ask for the money I lost, but I'm not sure I'd get a descent response.
