Nothing works. I've been charged for a carwash that didn't work. I also always get harassed by the homeless who camp out here and make me uncomfortable while I'm trying to focus on cleaning my car. Won't be going back.

I came to this car wash to clean the rims on my Tesla, paid to activate the hose and guess what, the tire cleaner hose didn’t work at all. I paid money for nothing, next best choice was the “power washer” with no soap coming out. From now on I will be going to the Norco Truck & Car wash where you can even use a blower to dry your car

Paid for a wash but the bay wouldn’t turn on, the machine said my purchase was complete but it kept saying “wait until the bay is empty”…. THE BAY WAS EMPTY!! this is the 2nd time this has happened. Never coming here again. There is no one available to speak to for a refund

One of the car wash was not working but still took payment from my card. I thought it would just cancel the transaction but it went through. I wonder how many people did the same and got scammed out of their money. No way to contact the business or get a refund. Now I need to report for suspicious activity and lock my card and wait for a new card. I basically paid to be inconvenienced. Don't go here.

This place was my go-to for years since it's literally next to my pad. But recently the drive through washing machine especially, the newer one have been not working. As a result, I've lost my money to it. Its happened on 4 different occasions where I have put my credit card and I get charged yet the machine does not work. This time, it took my $8 dollars.. It would be nice if they could fix the issues or have someone available on site to assist and check the machines when stuff like this happens because the
number they have on file always goes to voice-mail or they don't return your call if you leave them a voice-mail. I'm very DISAPPOINTED. For now, i'm trying a different place until the issues are fixed... 👎

This place is a mess. No one takes care of it. The equipment is old and needs maintenance. I have been ripped off more than once. You call the phone number, and they won't answer or call you back. You can tell that the owners don't care about their customers. I try my best to stay away from it. You

This place is a scam wasted my time and money coming down here. The cleaning bay tools don’t function correctly or the knob for what tool you want to use and are inadequate for the job. Go elsewhere don’t give this place your money.

Wash is good, $2 for 4 minutes, but the vacuums don't work, and the number listed on the machines to call if your dollar gets taken isn't useful. I've left multiple messages about the vacuums taking money and not starting, and no one has returned my calls. Beware of using the vacuums, but the wash bays are OK.

2nd time in 2 mo nothing works. There is no high pressure soap or wax, just water. Also, there is no engine/tire degreaser. The foam brush works though. Skip this place go down the road.

Car wash doesn’t answer when called. Water pressure is super low & takes your money today 1/10/25 4 customers where where left with no water including my self I don’t recommend
