This staples would be cooler if they had a sign where to drop off amazon packages. I had to ask someone where it was. As someone thats never been to a staples, i was confused along other people trying to drop packages.

Staples is an easy and quick place to find the toner and printer ink you need. The value to cost of two-packs is outstanding. Clean store and alert staff is a plus.

I bought a new laptop from another company and needed help with data transfer. There were quite a few problems from my old computer but Ryan was very patient and spent a lot of time helping me with things that I didn't even really come in there for. He almost tutored me. I went in again the next day to finish up because I had a little bit of trouble and Damian helped me and he was just as knowledgeable and sweet. This was the location on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside. I feel these two Tech employees went above and beyond.

Today I walked in to get a few labels printed and the girl at the print center was not helpful. I was a return customer from 2 weeks ago when another young girl was super helpful printing labels for me. This girl was telling me I had to buy the right size label which was 34.99 ,then she couldn’t help me size the image down to 3inch x 3inch. She was full of excuses.
I left and called the norco location though I live in Riverside. The girl at the print center told me to come over, I sent her both images, took her less than 2 mins and printed my labels. I paid $1.52 and was a happy customer! Thanks Norco Staples! Only got a 3 star because the first young girl 2 weeks ago was amazing. 1 star for today’s girl!! I will continue to drive out of my way to Norco and get awesome service!
