This is my local Starbucks and they are always so fast with orders! I never get drive thru because it’s usually very busy and the line goes into the street. Even when the drive thru is busy you can walk inside, order, and get your drink in a few minutes! This also seems like a great place to come and study. A great Starbucks!Vegetarian options: They have impossible meat sandwiches!

Waited 20 mins for my drink that I ordered on the app. My order was placed around 9:15 and set to be ready by 9:28. I got there around 9:32. I ordered 4 hot items and 1 cold item. The cold item wasn't ready so all the hot items sat there and got cold. I asked for them to be remade or reheated while I waited and extra 10 minutes for the cold drink to be made. I had to mention this 3 times before they finally took another 7 minutes to make it. Alvira acted like it was a huge inconvenience to reheat my order or even make the caramel ribbon crunch I ordered. She was very rude and unprofessional and honestly was not held accountable by her supervisor Jake. As I was asking Jake what her name was, she came all the way back to our area, while she was near the drive-thru area, to interject and say her name loudly with such venom. She was escalating the situation and the manager sat there and allowed it. I thought this was so disgusting as I had my child there with me and all the other customers got to witness me being "told" by this employee. I saw the patience they had with other customers, as the other customers had a few concerns with their order as well... So I know they are capable. Jake even told me "well we are busy" as he prioritized other customers that came after me. To me this felt like an explicit bias and an opportunity to treat an African American customer horribly. The way Alvira acted, I felt it was very much personal. Jake as the leader, could have listened and apologized for the lack of customer service, for me waiting for about 20 minutes for my order to be made accurately and the aggressive employee, who made it a point to be extremely hostile towards me in front of him and other customers. Alvira was very entitled and self righteous when I gave her the same attitude she had been trying to give to me. Jake was very flamboyant and could careless how the customer was being treated in that moment. His attitude perpetuated her behavior. They both could greatly benefit from sensitivity, customer service and personal development training at the very least because this is a true display of power and "I can say what I want and do what I want at work and not get in trouble." There were so many missed opportunities here for the two of them to do the right thing and do better considering they were wrong for having me stand there for 20 mins in the first place.

I would not recommend this Starbucks location the worker that assisted me was rude and seemed rushed to get me out of there when I had no one in the drive thru behind me and to top it off my drink tasted super watered down, I would rather spend my money at a different location with better service and better tasting drink.

If I could give no stars I would. I was refused service for questioning why I couldn't have a cup of ice in a smaller cup. I always order a Trenta Iced coffee/ No ice with a Trenta cup of ice on the side. Apparently there ice machine is broken so they are having to buy there own ice which is fine but not a legitimate reason to deny my ice in a separate cup. I was told I was being rude for questioning this concept as it makes no sense. I've called corporate and filed a complaint but I will never go back there. They are the worst Starbucks besides this one in Vegas I've been too. Looks like they have some pretty awful reviews from other people as well.

I am using the store last 17 years I'm not going to be use this store anymore because mostly employees girl not nice and didn't understand not kind I'm going to try to ask something and they said I don't want to listen to you and he said that you know what after this review I'm going to call the headquarters to for blame them I am the business owner I know how I'm going to speak with the woman but they didn't know how they going to speak with the customer

This may not keep you from coming here...They used to have two restrooms but now they ONLY have one as the other one has a sign that reads:Employees OnlyThink about the fact that both coffee and tea can make you need a restroom.Think about the employees working and not using the restroom. My encounter had a woman and child using the restroom... no issue here. They are doing their best. I have one person in front of me (playing video games). Asked an employee about the " employees only" restroom and they said No. Not nice, not nice at all.
