Very slow service, took 6 minutes at the register just to pay for the food. Then the fountain drinks where all out only one flavor worked. Will not be back anytime soon.....

I order subway often and usually get polite service like I matter. Host ID#746-218-4415376... you made me feel like I was wasting your time. You must have had a bad day because you made me feel like you were forcing yourself to serve me. I even ASKED you if I was being fussy which I know I wasn't.. I know you'll remember me. Don't worry.. I'll not go in again. Canyon Crest and Blain/ Iowa get our business from now on.

Mold under the water dispensr and all the tables were dirty. It wasn't even busy when I walked in either. Absolutely disgusting.

I usually dont leave bad reviews for any little reason but out of the 30 yrs I have been in riverside and the numerous times I have been to this Subway this has been by far the worst experience ever. The subway girl by the name of Catharine refused to use her power of reason after I initially requested to use the restroom she stated that I needed to make a purchase at the store for .79 cents or greater. I had that amount of change in my truck but i only came with my debit card as I had make a deposit at the wells fargo next door. I had promised her to make a purchase after i used tge restroom as they had a long line of senior citizens in front of me. It was a serious emergency and clearly she could not see the emergency of my cause. Had she been in my shoes she would have probably filed a law suit. I had promised her, offered her my debit card as collateral and still nothing after moments of trying to reason she still stated in her robot voice her policy. I was forced to swipe my debit card and buy a couple their lunch in exchange for the key. What a nightmare. I understand the increase of homeless people in the area but clearly the employees need better training to determine the difference between repeated paying customers and vagrants trying to use the restrooms for recreational drugs. Please train your staff.

It's been twice now that their system downs and you're forced to wait there. Waited 30mins and they weren't able to charge me. I ended up just leaving without my food this time. Won't be returning.

I would rate zero if possible. Put an online order that was supposed to be ready by 12:50 and ended up waiting until 1:30 for the sandwich artist to even START making our sandwiches. The excuse was a line but our order was first. We didn't receive our sandwiches and waited nearly an hour for 4 subway sandwiches. Who can we really trust? Not these artists. I understand that there was a line but if we went in at 12:50 and waited for her to make everybody's sandwiches then make ours, what's the point of online ordering?

I walked in like usual waited a good three plus minutes until the girl decided to come out then she just stood by the register and waited on us no greeting or anything we had to say "oh you're ready?" We ordered one then when it came to the next one it was so uncomfortable you could just tell she didn't want to be there in my opinion she didn't even ask what I wanted on it just went on making it how it shows I've been here and many other subways before they always at least ask me if I want it how it is. We were going to order much more but at this point with that attitude I just wanted to leave. We paid and I gave her my points to scan my $2 reword it was still the same price and she just stared me down I had to ask you can't scan it again? She did then finally smiled and asked if I wanted my receipt I said yes and there was no have a good one or anything after that I've experienced great service here but after yesterday not sure I'll be going back anytime soon. Not looking for anything free just can't stand rude employees when all we did was wait on her and answer her nicely. Served by:#258

I came here after visiting another location earlier. Service was horrible. Again the worker was mad because I asked her to wash her hands. She then proceeded to make my sandwich then decided she wasn't gonna help me. I left & ate somewhere else!

Feel terrible for the only employee working here in a rush hour. She is doing great however it is ridiculous that her manager left her alone!

The food is fine, but this place is in a sketchy area and there always seems to be some creepy people lingering around the parking lot.
