I usually come here at least once a week since it is so close to work. Today I placed an order for two sandwiches online. As I arrive they say I'll hadn't started the sandwiches but the gentleman at the front said he was about to make them. I didn't mind as it seemed they were busy so I sat and waited. After returning to work to eat the food we noticed multiple things were wrong. The bread and toppings weren't put on the correct sandwiches it honestly looked like they didn't even check the receipt and I had called to let them know about the mistakes. I didn't ask for anything but the employee that answered offered to remake the sandwiches at a later date to reconcile the mistakes. I was then called about 20 minutes later by a rude lady stating she was the manager. She basically told me I was lying because she checked the cameras. I again didn't ask for anything but she insisted I wasn't telling the truth. I never asked for a free sandwich or a refund but I'm guessing that's how she treats all customers with mistakes on their sandwiches. She then told me they never give out free sandwiches and the employee who I originally talked to didn't have the authority to offer that. She offered me a 10% discounted which I swiftly disagreed with. If the employee offered one thing it should be set in stone and not taken up with a customer.

Subway is my favorite "fast food" place because of the healthy and vegetarian options. That being said, the prices over the past few years have gotten too high ?? I miss the $5 footlong.
