The tables hadn’t been cleaned when I went in. I don’t know if the people working there were new, or if they had no idea what they were doing. They were stingy with the toppings, and I had to explain to them several times what the sandwich was supposed to have on it. The veggies appeared old. I recommend the other Subways nearby, like the one on Chicago Ave.

Worst service. Ordered online and they made me a completely different sandwich. When I asked if they can make me the right one I ordered they said no. I never go to subway and this is why lmao. Go to the sandwich shop across the street.

A little disappointed with an online order i placed. I usually order in person but didn't have the time to do so and placed an order on the app instead. I added avocado to my foot long sandwhich and was very displeased to find out that there were no avocados in the sandwich. I wasn't even refunded for the nearly $3 i spent to add them in. the girls are usually very good at making the sandwiches but i guess tonight was not their night. hoping this doesn't happen again.

The girls that worked on 6/28 @ 2:20pm could not of been any nicer to deal with. They were nice to the homeless gentleman outside. Also the sub tasted great too

I came in to pick up an online order. I stood and waited for 3 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me. Then I had to greet her and tell her the name of the person that I was picking up for. She rudely said, we're working on it. I politely said ok I was just letting you know. In order words, why didn't you acknowledge me when I was standing almost right next to you. When the next person came in she quickly asked him about his online order. She also proceeded to do a tug of war with the order. She didn't understand that I had to receive the order before I press pickup

Ordered 3 sandwiches with 1 meal through subway app. A door dash driver came without the meal part. I only thought the bottle of sprite was missing, but the cookies are missing as well. I only told the driver the sprite was missing and he said this was all they gave him. He told me he was going to come back with the drink. He came within 15 min with a stressed face and said they had a big argument with him and didn’t want to agree to complete the order. I barely noticed we didn’t get the cookies either. The $3.59 meal isn’t a big deal, but they didn’t have to make it such a big deal with driver and the sprite. The sandwiches weren’t even cut like we suggested.

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at subway; during today's visit to the (Blain Riverside store, located next to Starbucks). We had difficulty placing an order using the subway app and a valid coupon; upon bringing this to an associates attention and sorting the error msg. she simply shrugged and said "nothing we can do", although disappointed we proceeded to order in-store but ask whom we could report app issues with and later for corporate contact information (e.g) manager name, store number etc. the rude employee spoke beneath her breath and was clearly avoidant in providing us information until another associate obliged or request. She and another employee Vanessa chatted and chuckled as Pyla prepared our sandwiches, but I would discourage anyone from patronizing this specific location if customer service experience are your priority. In closing, I must say how utterly ridiculous and pathetic it is for customer service to be a thing of the past and suggest that individuals who aren't suited to provide friendly and courteous service to consumers /customers abstain from applying to customer facing roles. Not only was this young lady ugly outside, but inside too.

I’ve been visiting this Subway for a year because of the convenience of it living just a few minutes walking distance. I will no longer be visiting this establishment. Employees are good and do their best, but are sometimes visibly sick. Horrible management as well!

Sooooo very disappointed in this subway. The girl behind the counter didn't know how to work the toaster. My bacon wasn't even cooked all the way. My sandwich was just thrown together. Simple job done in the shittiest way.
