Buyer beware, they overcharge. Everytime I come here I order the same single sandwich with chips. One time it was $16 another time it was $19. Doesn't even make sense. At other locations my order is $12-$14. Unacceptable.

The employees were very unfriendly. Bought two identical sandwiches and one barely had and meat, while the other was awesome. I thought they counted the meat.

Usually good but some guy was working today who was super slow and when asked to write what my sandwich was on my wrapper he says “you can do it” and hands over the pen. Needs better customer service attitude.

I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for Paulette. Her kindness and consideration as a human was reflected in the effort she put into preparing mine and my sister's food. As a previous Subway employee, I felt she put the same level of care that I used to pour into crafting a beautiful sandwich. Not only this, but her warm and welcoming energy made for a pleasant experience overall. It was great chatting with her. Employee of the year right here

I wish I was able to give this establishment 0 star. The service is awful... I placed an order on my phone and they did not get it despite charging my debit card. When I arrive to the store (10 mins after placing order) I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone for them to tell me that the transaction never went through. I showed them that I was charged and still they did not want to give my money back or the food. I showed them my bank account and the transaction and still they didn't refund me. This is not the first time they steal from me. Last time I paid for double meat and bacon and my sandwich had none. This store is full of thieves. Take your money and business somewhere. And I took some pics of the nasty store. There was meat on the floor. All the dinning area was dirty and the display were they put the cookies is nasty. I asked all the employees how I could work the app to show them that I did place the order and paid for it and none of the 3 employees knew how to use the app. Starting from the owner all the way down to the cooks, this store is full of incompetent people.

Came here for the first time to get a sandwich for dinner, I noticed both guy and girl working closing shift were touching everything from sandwich to cash register with same gloves, guy was also cleaning dusting off shirt with same gloves and then started making a customers sandwich not once switching gloves, very unsanitary.

the staff here makes the experience enjoyable and fun. they talk a little but for the most part they're good kids. they even told me about a survey that provides free items!! very

Very friendly and helpful young staff! During my last visit, I witnessed a woman and husband that refused to pick up after themsleves as "its the workers job to pick up after customers" and exhibited disgusting behavior to these kids trying to do their job, when they were nothing but nice. Seperately, the freedom of expression I noticed on one of the staff created a more welcoming and open atmosphere! Will definetly be returning often.

Went in for dinner with family. This evening purchased sandwiches. Sandwich artist was awsome and greeted us as we walked in. However after we ate dinner my child and I went up to purchase cookies for family but before I could order employee Paulette requested that I go pick up our tray that we had left on table on accident. I then was shocked that her and 4 other team members were standing around as she requested I go pick up tray I then ignored and she looked over to my husband and requested he go pick up tray. I am so upset that Paulette would even request this of her customers which I find horrible having it not been a busy hour and team member standing around. As an office manager of a Dental office I find this very very upsetting.

I usually receive great customer service here, but today (8/29). I received lousy service from a young man. I asked for my sandwiched to be cut (wrapped separately) and he answered in a rude tone “It’s already cut.” I reworded my request and he sighed, unwrapped my sandwich and threw the wrapping paper near the trashcan. Horrible customer service from this young man. I understand you may have had a long day but the customers have no fault ??♀️

I submitted an online order for 4 sandwich meals (drinks & chips for all) and cookies. I did so to give the store time to prepare everything. Upon arriving home and reviewing my subs I realized one of them is missing 5 of the 10 ingredients. I call the store and was told the manager said I could bring the sun back with the receipt so she can see for herself and if I Want she can then add the missing veggies. That's half my sub! After the call I realized we were also missing one of the bags of chips. When I went back to the store they fixed the sun but when I advised them of the chips I was told I WAS INCORRECT and they bagged everything. Like they were incapable of making 2 mistakes in the same order. Why would I lie over a bag of chips? I just spent $50, including $5 tip! For the inconvenience of incorrectly making my order I expected better customer service then I got, at the VERY LEAST. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Customer service was not good. The person behind the counter seemed to not understand what I was saying. And we were speaking the same language.
