Worst experience and I didn't even get a sandwich. I waited about 20 minutes through a line, only to have my sandwich ruined at the very end... They offered to remake it but I already wasted my entire lunch break standing in a subway...Furthermore the one out of 3 people who handled my sandwich didn't change his glove after handling money... You can't just walk around with gloves, you h money, your phone and then my sandwich . I witnessed either a supervisor or manager out gloves on, play on their phone and then handle loaves of bread for a picture.. then out the bread BACK! Gloves must be changed every chance. Imagine if you are vegetarian and they don't change gloves after making a tuna sandwich. The cross contamination is real. I walked out. I don't know if I'll take this chance again.

Just the subway. You may usually meet the new staff, and the waiting line is always long in the perk time

Always super slow, usually missing ingredients. Definitely much worse than a regular Subway.

Disgusting food, dirty floors, rude employees

I definitely think the workers care more about talking to each other than making a sandwich no offense. Everyone seems poorly trained and they aren't really considerate to customers I feel. One time I waited for like 3 minutes for two workers to finish their convo while they were holding my sandwich in their hands.

I asked, "do you have cilantro?" and then the lady starts putting salt and pepper in my already salty sandwich. I told her I didn't want it, but she was like we can't take it off. LOL. She put a rlly generous amount of salt and pepper, I felt like I was practically biting into a ball of salt. Subway should hire workers who can understand what customers are saying. The lady was older and seemed to be a manager

Simple in how it operates. However, how the line splits is annoying because the ingredients are all different in both sides. Everything else is simply like any other sandwich restaurant.

This location is mainly good for its convenience since it's right in the middle of campus. It's right by the bookstore and Coffee Bean so it's easy to find! There's usually about 3-4 people working at a time so your sandwiches should be made in a timely manner. However, workers will come and go and it's a hit or miss with fast service. I've been a here a good amount of times and the service is always decent. My go to sandwich is the steak and cheese or rotisserie style chicken. Both sandwiches are great with provolone cheese and most of the toppings. All the sauces are pretty good, but the best is the chipotle southwest. Overall, this is a great place to eat at if you're on campus. I suggest going before it hits noon, because campus will get pretty crowded soon after.

Would've been 5 stars cos the sandwich was bomb, but they ran out of black olives and it just didn't feel complete to me. Step up your black olives game, y'all.

Came here when visiting UCR during the lunch rush, very fast service, without much lost in quality. If I came back, I would make this location part of my visit.

This review is directly against the management of this place. I came in at 9:30 AM for a breakfast croissant thats served til 11:00 AM but was disappointed to find out that they have ran out of it. I was like, okay then i'll get a breakfast sandwich. Turns out they ran out of ALL breakfast items. How could you say that you serve breakfast until 11:00 AM when you already run out of it by 9:30 AM? What a shame. I added a star for the friendly sandwich makers. However the cashiers need to be taught about customer service.
