I went in for long layers and somehow ended up with an uneven bob. I communicated well so I don’t kno what happened other than the fact it could have been due to her not paying attention. While cutting my hair she was answering the business phone, on her cell phone and having conversations with other walk in customers. Not only did I get a bob , I got an un even bob. They did not not refund 1 penny. She wants me to come in so she can cut more. No thanks

Took my granddaughter to get a style and turned out so cute! She took the time to show her how to curl and blow dry. And all from a photo. Suzy is s wonderful person, And her team is great also.

I recently moved from OC to Riverside and looking around for a new Hair Salon i came across Susies on yelp. I called one night and made and appointment for the next day. As I walked in. Two ladies greet me and ask me for my name and sit down. Susie was great to me. She even made me realize that I didnt need to dye my hair. She suggested to cut my hair shorty, which I liked very much. Overall good experience with Susie's I will definitely come back and recommend my wife, which she is looking for a new hair stylist.

I am very happy With my hair Susie fixed my over bleached and over toned hair she did a great job on a color correction and deep conditioning on my hair. My first time here and I will be coming to Susie from now on for all my hair needs. Thank you susie

Not the owner but another lady who was working with her last week, gave me the crappiest hair cut. My hair is uneven and way much more shorter than I asked I asked for the tiniest amount to be trimmed off and she just kept going and going the when I left I realized one side is slightly shorter than the other and in even layers and just overall terrible cut I like this place it just really sucks it happened to me there it makes me scared to go back and have them touch my hair

Susie gave me a new cut and color today!! Absolutely thrilled with my new look!! Nancy gives the best shampoo... so relaxing.. almost fell asleep in the chair! Will definitely be coming back!!

My family & I have been coming to Susie's hair salon for the past three years or so. Susie is warm, kind, generous, and knowledgeable. We feel welcomed & comfortable with her. She does great job with our haircuts & color! Love her! Don't let the bad reviews on here keep you from giving her a try. Please support this small business owner!
