Don't go here! I went in to get a new phone and the cashier person came back with four boxes. I asked what was with the extra boxes, she said with a smile, "Your account is qualified for three free SyncUp Trackers," and she placed it into my T-Mobile bag, without asking me if I wanted them. She then said, "If you wanna activate them you'll just need to download the app and you're good to go." I asked, "If I had to pay for anything?" she said, "No it's our store promotion for this month and you qualify."A month later, my bill statement showed, 3 NEW LINES ADDED. THEY WERE CONNECTED TO THE TRACKER THAT THE CASHIER PUT INTO MY BAG. I was charged for the 3 trackers and the services. What's worse I only activated 1 of the 3 but I was charged for all three. I called customer service and reported them. It is resolved but I still had to pay for the first month's services. Horrible people. Please DO NOT TRUST ANYONE SALES PERSON. THEY ARE JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND WOULD SAY ANYTHING TO GET IT.

This place is trash, they had a bill collector send me a paper saying I owe them money and I don’t even have a t-mobile account. No good.

The female who answered my question said, "They don't know about any black Friday deals." She said they are third parties, but other T-Mobile offices that are corporate embrace different information from what this office knows. The corporate T-Mobile offices do know about the black Friday deals, but this third party store does not. She was nice and polite.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They hung up on t-mobile customer service support once they stepped in to help us get our replacement phone. I was told this isn't the first time they had this issue with this store. Very aggressive and inappropriate customer service. I would avoid this location.

The sales rep ripped me off. I had been in earlier l, was told my a manager my SIM would be free. Manager gave me SIM but couldn’t activate because I wasn’t authorized. I got authorization and returned a new rep some girl said I had an old SIM and charged me $10 when her manager already gave me a SIM. She got her $2 commission, congrats girl.
