I cannot thank Steven enough! I went with my boyfriend so he could buy a new phone and I also ended up getting a phone as well. He was EXTREMELY patient and very knowledgeable! He kept great conversation with both of us while he helped us. The whole visit was effortless! That evening I had issues connecting my apple watch so I came back the next day and luckily he was there again to help me. He was able to answer every question I had and my apple watch connection is back to normal! He sat with me the whole time with the lengthy update. Thank you so so so much Steven!

I always paid in person with them in the store, sadly T-mobile got greedy and wanted me to do it all online otherwise it would have cost me another extra $5 just to help pay my phone bill on time. What a way to lose customers.

Jessica is the most immature and rude person (I'm being nice) I've ever encountered in all my days. I've been with (Sprint) T-Mobile for over 25 years. My daughter was having problems with her phone. Jessica tried to tell me, with an 810 credit score, that I had to put a down payment for my daughter to get a new phone. I have NEVER been required to put a down payment from day one of my account's existence. I told my daughter that we'll just call and Jessica literally said, "It won't matter, nothing is going to change with your poor credit." Jessica will be eating crow when everything has been investigated. I've lodged a complaint with mall management and they will be pulling the security footage from the store. In addition, I've (of course) contacted T-Mobile and lodged a very serious complaint with them and I let them know I've requested video footage. I'll be receiving a call from T-Mobile this Sunday to let me know the outcome of their investigation. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and my account is coded as such. Jessica is an extremely broken individual and the only reason I can think of as to why she was behaving like a child is perhaps she's jealous of my credit score...who knows but she's about to find out she's no longer a T-Mobile employee which will save a lot of people frustration. She has a complete lack of integrity and walked away when I tried to show her my credit score. Well, Jessica, you can't avoid this picture.

Came into the store looking for a new phone. Greeted kindly and was helped by Juan. Really good at finding information, I came in with a lot of questions regarding my next phone, whether I should go with a Samsung or an IPhone, and everything from my plan and prices. Overall my experience was phenomenal. I was not able to get the phone (purple is hard to find haha), but I needed the phone that same day for work haha. So I was still overall satisfied, and will be even more when I get my hands on that deep purple haha.

If I can give these crooks 00 (2 zeros) stars, I would happily give them. These crooks, Jessica (salesperson), Michael (assistant mgr.), and Ruben (manager) are nothing but liers and crooks that sell you phones along with phone service plans that are not what they promise to be. Listen folks and be warned, don't beleive anything that these bunch of liers and thiefs tell you.

My family wanted to get new phones. We went into t-mobile and were greeted by Michael. He was very helpful in helping us decide on the services we wanted and which phones would fit our needs. He found the best possible overall price. We ended up trading in our old phones and getting even better service than we had before. We also got a great trade in price for our phones. He really went out of his way to make sure we were happy and that we got the best price for the phones and services. He is great! Super kind and understanding!!All the people that work here are amazing and provide great service. !!
