Only reason for this low rating is the fact that they always ask "how many sauce packets would you like." Huge pet peeve of mine. When I buy 10 or 15 tacos and get 6 packets....that's ridiculous.

Apparently this taco bell doesn't care about the rude service they provide . Ugly attitude from the minute we started ordering, up until we got to the window , asked for extra sauce and the man said "go around there are too many cars behind you" THERE WAS 1 CAR . I didn't know they pulled the sauce out of his paycheck most importantly out of his *ss. Miserable white man

We were very excited to come here and have vegan food with the new vegan nacho cheese and ordered a bunch of food. When we received our food, we double checked that all the nacho cheese we got was vegan, and it wasn't until then that they informed us that one of the sauce cups they gave us was not vegan. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why would you do something like this and not communicate that to us and when a customer indicated that they specifically want vegan? And they were not apologetic about it at all. I ALSO FOUND REMNANTS OF DAIRY CHEESE IN MY BOWL, which was also supposed to be vegan. This is a terrible experience and we hope more care goes into this kind of thing in the future and I hope corporate is paying attention to this because if I were the manager here, this kind of customer service would not go unnoticed.Dietary restrictions: Vegan

It’s not pleasant having to input your own order in the first place especially when 4 employees 1 I’m assuming was the manager are at disposal for social hour while you struggle finding everything in a POS system that they themselves are trained to use while offering no assistance nor recognition of your existence. Then to find 3 sodas are out syrup.

Very disappointed with the service at this TB location this evening. I am a regular customer here and actually have been pleasantly surprised by most the staff, but unfortunately tonight was different. Due to my dietary restrictions I made a couple edits to the burrito on my order, no tomatoes and no sauces. It's not rare that my food is made incorrectly at this location so I checked the burrito before exiting the drive thru. Upon checking the burrito I noticed the main ingredient (fiesta chips) were missing from the burrito. When the worker returned to the window I informed him that the chips were missing from the burrito and he read back the order. (The order was placed correctly on my receipt). When he read back the order he said no fiesta chips. Therefore I let him know that I did want the fiesta chips. He then sparked an almost condescending attitude with me and slammed the window in my face. Considering I do not normally have the patience I did tonight, I was honestly very surprised by his reaction. Upon leaving I thanked him and let him know the attitude was unnecessary and I don't believe I was being rude but he didn't agree. In the end I left questioning what I did wrong and lost my appetite anyways. The employee working the window was a tall white male with 3 black blob like tattoos up his arm, I was too nervous to ask his name because I figured he would just slam the window in my face again. Guess I'll avoid this location when I see him working

Had one of the most disappointing experiences ever at 181 E Alessandro BlvdRiverside, CA 92508United StatesGot disrespected by one of your employees.Never gave me a receipt, told me it was my fault and she can not get one for me.I was a missing a chicken quesadilla. She got mad made me. Free one she says out laud " WE ARE MAKING FREE FOOD TODAY YAY" she tossed me the quesadilla. With 1 piece of chicken and non-melted cheese. Handed it back and said never mind thank you.

Lorena the lady taking orders at the drive-through is so rude and arrogant.When I addressed it to her, she replied sarcastically"That's my tone and how I speak." Come on guys!Her colleague next to her with red hair was irritated onlyby my telling her this and he began acting strangely.I will never return to this branch.You should be ashamed of yourselves hiring people with such attitude!
