About The Box
The Box is a beautiful, intimate, and smaller theater venue where the audience is right up with the stage. Community groups put on events and musicals there. The venue has some helpful techs. However, as an audio engineer, the sound is consistently awful and there are ongoing technical issues. Some events are fine, but the technical disciplines need improvement. It is a wonderful but smaller venue with these persistent sound problems.
Great theater venue! Attended the Riverside International Film Festival and saw a great new movie - Karma Bums.

My girls have been in two musicals at The Box. It is a beautiful, intimate theater that has the audience right up with the stage, instead of a separate space. It is a wonderful but smaller venue. I have enjoyed it both as a theater mom and as an audience member!
