Ill continue to use this location for its convenience.
But I will not lie, they have made mistakes on multiple occasions. Most times I was able to catch it before I left. Like missing scans. My last incident there were double scans on multiple packages. So I didn't notice a few didn't get scanned.
The receipt had the correct number of orders, which is what I used to look at, so I went about my day.
Ups has possession of a couple of my packages and wont help me because their employee didn't do their job correctly.
What does that mean for me?
I don't know. But now Ill stay front and center till my receipt is triple checked.
Upsetting to say in the least.
*im here again going through the same problem. A double scan that got past me. It really does seem like the system isn't here to help at all. I get the run around time and time again. Send emails here, call this number and talk to a machine all to be not helped. This is crazy. Who can I actually talk to about this?

Sometimes I have difficult shipping needs, but I am grateful that this location has always been able to take care of me. The employees at this location are always amazing, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. They are always able to provide the services I need, with excellent customer service.

Posted hours are 10-4. They lock up at 1:00 on Sunday. Watched 3 other people walk up and check.

Sent my. Old phone back to Verizon at this store it never left paperwork problem or what ever but I had a tracking number they messed up no big Verizon billed me $600 for not returning the phone at now they have the Gaul to wanna charge me to resend it
I’ll never go back there again

Horrible facility allowed me to book an appointment for the notary on Saturday called the notary was in the building specifically speaking in the background oh, who’s gonna be here oh no I’m not gonna come in. Unprofessional should’ve never allowed me to book an appointment for the notary on Saturday if they’re actually not going to be there saying that I would have drove it all the way an hour away to just be there for no reason.

This UPS store is super easy to get in and do what you need to do. They have lots of services, copies, mail boxes, notary services, Amazon return but I like the friendly people working there.There's also a pharmacy inside this location.
