Patty, the store manager, is horrible and disrespectful. I entered the store with my wife, who had just had surgery and required my assistance trying on clothes. She declined, and I informed her that accessible rooms are designed for such circumstances, but she still refused. We ended up leaving. Dorothy, on the other hand, was pleasant and sweet, and had the quality of a good manager. Keep it up Dorthy.Patty, I'm escalating this to Tillys management to teach you the basics of dealing with such situations.Last time to your store!

1 star for the manager, if I could give separate ones for the employees I would. The employees were super helpful and sweet, however when my partner and I came in, the manager was telling them off in the front of the store with a passive aggressive attitude and the whole situation was really hard to ignore. She was incredibly loud and rude. When I went to go try on some shorts and waited in line, she came to the guy helping me out and started pressuring him to knock at the fitting rooms to get the people out, and when I went to pay, she also started nagging the people at the register. I felt super bad for the employees it seems like management needs to be put in check.

People at the register do not know how to work the registers. It’s been over an Hour just to do a return on some pants that they ordered a wrong size in the first place. More training is needed.

Love shopping at this Tillys. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Especially the ones working the fitting room. I like that they keep the fitting rooms very clean after every use and they all wear masks. Thank you!

While the store itself is great the management is far from it. Patricia has a bad attitude and was literally yelling at one of the workers ringing me up infront of everyone else in line. I Felt so bad for the poor girl and can't imagine what else the workers deal with. Just seemed very unprofessional and unnecessary. This wasn't the first time we've had a bad experience with her but this definitely did it for me

Terrible online ordering experience. I ordered something online for pickup. The site said it was in stock and ready for pickup if ordered before 5pm. I ordered, paid and drove to the store to pickup the item. Upon arrival the store said they actually didn't have the item and had to cancel my order. They didn't offer to help me find another store or ship the item to me at no cost. Looks like I'll just stick to Amazon!

horrible customer service! Patricia the manager is useless!! I had an online order ready for pickup they had me wait in line with about 20 people in line (no social distance whatsoever)!! I get to the cashier after waiting for 40 minutes just to be told the manager handles order pickups!! they send me to the first cashier to wait for the stupid manager!! Patricia offered absolutely no apologies!! stupid stupid way of handling!!

Visited this Tillys looking for particular size in a Jacket that I needed. They were all out sadly but one of the store employees by the name of Clarissa took her time calling around all the local Tillys to try and locate the size we were looking for! Love employees like her! Makes the holiday shopping a lot more enjoyable. Thanks for the help Clarissa!

I placed an order and was shipped the wrong item. They refuse to ship the item I originally ordered to replace it as they do not do that apparently. I have to spend my time going to the post office to return the wrong product, hope they credit my account correctly, and order my item again and wait for it to arrive. Speaking with customer service is frustrating as I received a 20% off coupon for my troubles for my reorder, however the item I ordered is excluded from this coupon. All I seem to get is sorry and too bad, so I’m stuck wasting my time and energy to fix their mistake. Would not recommend using this company
