I was trying to go here to get my nails done after I had contacted the original owner Trina on Instagram and she confirmed my appt day and time or at least I thought it was her. No telling!! I have been coming here for over 2 years and enjoyed the service with Trina mom and her husband. When I get there for my appt time there are new people working here and not the original owners that told me to come. I asked where Trina was and was told she no longer works here anymore or her husband. I said wow I wish I would have known as I was just there in February. It was a waste of my time because I usually get my nails done my Minh her husband. Now it's under new management and I don't like how they didn't let the old customers know especially the ones that would follow them on Instagram of this change or even where they are going. I will never be going back to this nail shop and feel like I should have known. I will find somewhere else to go! I was so mad that I drove all the way there to see new people in there and also a totally new shop. What a shame!!! It was a total waste of my TIME!!

i don't know what happened to the last owners but it's all new people and the work they do is terrible. i won't go back here ever unless the original people come back so disappointed.

BE WARE: if you're a long-time customer (like me, 2 yrs+) this business is now operated and staffed by different people. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because the quality of work is just not there anymore. Hygiene also seems like an issue. The lady doing my services didn't change her gloves after doing my pedicure and I also noticed she didn't grab sanitized tools when starting; she used tools she already had in her cart. That was enough red flags for me. Of course, nail polish application was horrible. Polish on skin and edges, bubbles, and even lint . I recommend you look for another place as I am going to do.

The pedicures don't come with message chairs or a message. I'm used to paying 30 for everything including gel.The man that works there told yelled at my daughter to stop moving the chair. It startled me then after he told me sorry. My daughters not a bad kid she's just curious. This was my first time and last time coming here.

Great pedicures and normally great nail service but not this time. Yuck. I was assigned a woman that normally does other services (threading waxing or whatever she does). I have NEVER had a fill that caused my acrylics to peel away from my nail. In less than a week I could slide a cuticle stick between my nail and the tips. For that kinda work I would have been better off going to the beauty school paying an amateur. It would have been cheaper and less disappointing. I've been here before and may go again but not to her sadder still is that I always tip.

Made this our mom and daughter nail spot! Trina is awesome and always remembers each time we come in. Enjoy how we could talk and it just makes the time fly and she still does amazing work!

Went for regular pedi and gel manicure last minute appointment. Prices are fair I will be coming back to this shop! Lady who did my manicure and pedicure did an amazing job she took her time and no bubbles left behind nor did she do a thick coat where nails feel thick.I'm super happy to have found a place where I don't feel like they are rushing I will become a regular customer! Thank you

Alright, so after reading the reviews I was skeptical at first. But I decided to give it a shot on my lunch and get a pedicure! I went and had a great experience, yes the staff is a little less then friendly but they are helpful and attentive! The last 3 times I have left it's been exactly what I wanted or had asked for. The lady that does my designs, amazes me how she can copy an image I give her or something super close to exact which makes me more then happy! It is a smaller salon in a funky spot but I think it's definitely worth all of that. Will be going back in the next 2 weeks for a revamp! It's now become a routine that I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. They do charge a fee for an appointment just in case you cancel, but they still offer walk-ins just be advised it might be a minute before someone assists you.

After going here for a while my daughter's and I loved itUntil they refused service!I was told they can't do pedicure on me because of my disability, I never thought it would be a problem because she didn't say anything at the moment. I can't move my legs much but I was able to put them up and down when she needed. Then she texted us that she can't do my pedicureIf anyone knows what I can do about this please help me.I was really heart broken and depressed because of thisServices: Gel manicure

A unprofessional business, who apparently can’t adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). My aunt is disabled and has a hard time walking and is need of a walker, when we messaged the facility to schedule a pedicure appointment they refused her service. The establishment stated that her legs were hard to work on and they will not see her. Under the ADA you can not deny service due to a person disabilities, what a pathetic facility.

This place was the best until service was denied because of my disability I have hip osteoarthritis and can't move my legs much but I was able to move my legs when she needed. I never thought it would be a problem because the lady never said anything and still was able to work on me, but then I tried making an appointment again and the lady said she can't do my pedicure. This was one of the most hurtful things that ever happened to me because of my disability
