My car buying experience has never ever been this good. Nick, Chuck, and Leo were all awesome. They were so helpful, patient, understanding and caring. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Riverside to anyone and everyone. These guys kick @ss for you. Thank you so much from the Garcia family.

I've heard good and bad things about this dealership. However, one thing that is very frustrating to me is I am looking at purchasing a new car, so I will go to a dealership's website to look at their inventory and see what they have. What is frustrating is They don't list the prices you have to call somebody and I am not about to sit on the phone for hours trying to find prices on the car. Why can't you guys just put the prices on the website? A lot of us do not have time to take out of our day to call on every car to see what the prices when we can just simply look online. please fix this problem because I am not the only one that has this issue, if I go to a dealer's website and I have to call for the pricing. I will go to a different dealership that actually lists their prices and makes it more convenient for the customer. Sad because there were several that looked good. Moving on!!!

Update: The used car sales manager called me in response to this review to set things right. He offered to make necessary repairs on my vehicle and is going to retrain his sales person to tell the truth when selling cars. I'm adjusting my rating based upon Leo's commitment to take care of his customers.Original review (3 stars): Thought it would be safer to purchase a used vehicle here. Salesman said that they put new tires on every vehicle. Tires looked new but later found out that they were painted to look new. Guess what I've always heard about used car salesmen is true... they lie.

i have gone to this service center multiple times and today was one of the worst service i have ever received. I got my oil change and got the shuttle to take me home. The shuttle drivers is the only reason i gave them 2 stars because they were courteous and on time. The service rep i got did not even tell me the corrections that were listed on the receipt. It even says there customer does not want work done. When i read the corrections i asked to talk to him (E) and asked to explain to me what the corrections were. He acts like oh its nothing... i am so irritated because he could have told me and actually had some of it done and not be picked up by the shuttle. i really truly hate the fact that he couldnt care less!!! will go to ontario service center next time!!!!

Toyota of Riverside has restored my faith on customer based auto dealership. No BS. I always secure financing through my credit union and even though my CU didn't indorse this dealership Riverside of Toyota still took care of me and I got my new Camry under MSRP. I told them what I was going too pay and if they couldn't reach my price I was cool that I would go to dealership that had my price but was further away. They went out of there way to secure me as a customer and they didn't make a huge profit off me but what they did do was earn my business

My rep was jay holly. And I am telling you. As a busy mom of three with sports around the clock, he has made buying a vehicle and easy and seamless process. I was able to get not only what I wanted but what I needed for my family that also fit my budget. I appreciate him so much! I also appreciated not being sold a car if that makes sense. I mean we live in a world where I can google the info needed so being taught how to use a potential vehicle was really nice. Hope he’s around when my kids need their first car ?. Thanks jay!

My husband and I were looking for a new 2024 Camry, very specific about trim and very specific color. Tanya was the only one to reach out to us with exactly what were were looking for, keeping us updated as to the arrival to the lot. Her professionalism was exceptional. The general Manager, Fausto and Tanya made the process flawless, also Tony in finance made the final leg painless and easy. No uneasy up sale attempts as we were very clear as to what we wanted. Bottom line we got what we wanted for what we wanted and we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you again all involved in our happiness. A special thanks to Tanya for going above and beyond and locating our beautiful new car.

I got my car in 2021, last year I got stranded and my car was not turning on, turned out the battery was no good. I took it in at this location where I bought it and told them my situation, they "added a new one" because my warranty was valid. I recently had the same situation with my battery, I got stranded again, took it in because it was time for maintenance and stated to them about my battery again and they told us they will check it. We got our car back and on paper stated battery was in good condition. ONCE AGAIN, stranded. Car would not turn on! I took battery elsewhere, was told it was no longer good. had to pay for a new one where I took it, because I can't rely going to the dealer and for them to "replace" it pay and end up stranded again. I'm a mother always on the run and solo with my kids. This is way out of my convenience in times when I need to reach my destination and having car issues. I will not be going to this dealer anymore. Can't trust their customer care !

Complete trash. Bring in for random check on light. It's for my brothers car. They tell me it's a 190 diagnostic plus tax which is crazy. Then they fail to say it's not covered under warranty if it's a lease. Wheel hub bearing $2k yeah right. Plus diagnostic. Insane. Run from this place if you don't have warranty. Unfortunately I'm in the waiting room having to wait to leave now that I canceled. I feel scammed.

I bought a car from here about two weeks ago and it was such a great experience. The salesman who helped me was named ziggy, and he was the best person to help me navigate my purchase. As a first-time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better salesman who not only took the time to listen to me but also gave me space to think and not pressure me. Most car salesmen will put a lot of pressure on you to buy a car and leave you feeling very stressed and not in control of anything. However, ziggy respected me and understood the importance of giving me space when I needed it. Not only did he give great customer service, but he also helped me find a great car that met all my wants and wishes. I never would have been able to find my dream car if it weren't for his persistence and tenacity. My 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid XSE has been super reliable in every possible way and it was all thanks to ziggy for finding me the best fit for me. I HIGHLY recommend you asking for ziggy if you're looking to find great customer service and someone who will help you find everything you need and want in a car.

Toyota of Riverside really took care of my husband and I we had to trade in our 23 Camry for a Sienna 2 days after welcoming our 5th baby into the world and they helped us in more ways then we would imagine! Jimmy, MO, and Cedric are the best! Unfortunately while waiting on our van we got into an accident and they made sure we got help beyond just getting a new van but, also for our physical health specially since we had our toddler and 3 day old with us in the accident. We appreciate them more then we could ever explain! Not only did a Toyota Camry take a hard hit and keep our kids safe, the Toyota dealership really took care of us!

Just ordered some all-weather mats and trunk liner from Frank Jimenez in the parts dept. for a 2019 Avalon; he was so kind, helpful and said he would have them in the next day!! When I told him the price I saw on line at the Toyota main website, Frank not only matched that price but found a coupon that made the parts even less expensive! This dealership has been wonderful to us for MANY years, with all of our Toyotas. THANKS FRANK!!

This place is a rip off, I'll never buy a Toyota again. We bought both a Kia and Toyota around the same time, both have since needed maintenance. The Kia dealership has always been honest and upfront, the service centers at Toyota will always find ways to get their cost to $1000 or more. I had one little light on in which we knew was a simple fix, yet they basically tell me I cant get it back on the road unless spending $700 cause its all "computers" and needs to be "calibrated" Any mechanic i've shared this information with has laughed and said "Thats Toyota of Riverside's service center for ya!" Avoid buying a Toyota, they'll get every penny they can out of you.

Godwin is a good salesman very helpful and friendly first time buying a car of a dealer and it couldn’t have been better thanks to godwin he made it happen now I have my family in a safe and reliable car.. definitely going back!!!
