I just needed a couple of things and it was a good experience. Tammy walked me to what I needed, and Chole was kind and thoughtful and asked me about my day and wished me well. It was all very nice. Thank you for your great customer service!

Tractor Supply advertises a self-serve pet wash, but it seems like it’s never actually available. Every time I’ve tried to use it, there’s “a septic issue.” After multiple failed attempts, I finally called ahead and was told it was working—only to be informed that the last call for pet washes is at 7 PM, even though the store doesn’t close until 9 PM.
This cutoff time is not stated anywhere on their website and is not posted outside or inside the store. Advertising a service that’s frequently unavailable and then adding unposted restrictions is misleading and frustrating. I wasted time and effort trying to use a service they promote but clearly don’t maintain or communicate properly.
Very disappointing and poor customer experience.

They're polite friendly enthusiastic . I am satisfied with their services toward me. I LIKE MS. Tina and Mr. Brayden, who helped me yesterday. I would refer this store to people who I knw.

I HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS. This location is probably the worst. I was shopping here a few months back and needed to use the restroom. As I approached them I see signs saying “out of order” yet an employee was coming out from using them. When asked they state something about septic issues and not functioning.
Here I am four months later paying at the register and a lady ask if they have restrooms and STILL NOT FUNCTIONAL???? By law (AB 1632) public establishments are required to provide restrooms to the public AND DEFINITELY TO EMPLOYEES. So where are the employees going if they have no restrooms? Tractor Supply will gladly take in your money but won’t provide a pleasant shopping experience…what a shame.

PUPPY VACCINES. I felt this was important enough to make a complaint online. I recently purchased my puppies vaccines from tractor supply and received the package barely even cold. It was not in package to keep it cold. I called to alert a team member there. The person I spoke to seemed to actually care and sounded as if they would be checking into the issue and fixing it. So when I purchased the replacement and received it the same way. Also was told they have not had the ice packages for over a month now. Anyone that cares enough to purchase these vaccinations should care if they are being kept properly should go elsewhere. Incahoots a block away also sells the vaccines and they make sure they are kept and sold correctly.

First and foremost I would like to thank everyone at the riverside tractor supply store... Great customer service and care... I purchased a producers pride 8'x8' poultry pen... And unfortunately had a huge issue. I was missing a 4'x6' panel and all the hardware. I called and spoke to Tammy store manager. After explaining to her what happened. She said to bring some pics and all the proof of our purchase. This was over the weekend of 3/15/25.
As me and the wife have to work...We could not make it out until Wednesday 3/19/25. Which at that point my original source of contact Tammy was not work... So I talk to Tina another store manager... Explain the situation...
With the help of I think his name was sonny he handles all the receiving. I got all the parts and hardware I was missing with a smile and a great thank you... appreciate you guys.. Guy big with the black suburban...

I purchased a bag of rabbit food from Tractor supply. I had 5 healthy rabbits and gave them this food and now all 5 are dead. I called the store to advise them what happened so they would check the food. Manager I spoke to was not veery concerned about this. Just want people to be aware what happened to my rabbits with this food

I drove 40 minutes to use the dog wash station and employee said it was closed due to closing at 7. Had 45 minute till closing.
