We have used this place for storage for 12 years now, my boyfriend for 10 years more than that. We love this place! The ladies in the office are great. I keep my holiday decorations there, so I stop by every other month (a couple of times between November and January just to set up all my Christmas displays), and they are always friendly.

We have had a spot in the storage facility for some time now and it's always clean. The people are friendly in the office if you need assistance. Visitors are generally very accommodating to leave room for you to park your vehicle and load.

Rat p*** everywhere in my unit. I have never been more disappointed in a business before. I came back after one month to pick up my stuff and there was rat p*** and pee everywhere in my unit. I had to throw away all my pillows, pay to get my couch cleaned, and will probably have to get a new bed because they chewed through the plastic. And this company said because I didn't buy insurance they can't do anything about it. Even though they guarantee a clean and safe environment. I DO NOT recommend this place.
