Customer Service is absolutely Horrible! Highly recommend you go to a different location if at ALL possible. You'll leave irritated and exhausted after dealing with the front desk.

there is a lady there with glasses. She is very very rude. She’s treating customers very bad she I just wanted to ask a question. Why am I getting charged and she told me to go outside and rub your nose and stop crying she even cursed me in her Mexican language in front of her manager don’t go to her

I've rented from this place many times and have had the exact same experience every time, thus why this facility gets 5 stars from me.
However, they are severely understaffed. The employees are perfectly fine, the trucks are fine, the work they do is fine, when I get to the counter to check out or check in, they are quick and I have no problems with them.
The problem is that at best they have 2-3 people on site at all times. One cleaning trucks, 1-2 working the counter or helping people out.
The people at the site deserve 5 stars. U Haul, the company, deserves 2. The employees here are carrying you, U Haul.
Do better.

If zero stars was an option I’d have selected that. Do NOT trust this store to ship your things in a UBox. We ordered three boxes. From the very start it was a mess. The pick up driver was 4 hours later than txts stating her pick up time. We told them the delivery address and updated it on the app MULTIPLE times for this store to still drop the ball. Now 2 weeks later after calling MULTIPLE times we’ve recieved 2/3 boxes. We, the customer had to call to ask where the other box was they STILL HAVENT SHIPPED IT TWO WEEKS LATER. What would have happened if we hadn’t called 10+ times to finally get an answer? Just never get my stuff I guess. They surely didn’t care either way they had already been paid. They have had it sitting in storage at the starting location for TWO WEEKS why you ask? “An error” was the only explanation I’ve been given. To make matters worse they have the rudest female employee who answered the phone a week ago when we called and could have solved this had she even bothered to look into it instead of just saying “it’s shipped contact the store it’s going to” when clearly they all were not shipped. Now we won’t be receiving our last box for another 2 weeks. I will be coming back to update this with the final date we actually get our items, if ever. Love paying thousands of dollars to not have beds to sleep in for a month. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed to run a “business” this way.

Had a great experience at this location. When I arrived there was only one person helping out customers inside, I was patient because I know what it could be like to work with low staff. He helped me with changing the date for my U-haul box pick up and everything worked out well!

Frank was great. Hooked up our trailer in no time and checked all lights for proper operation. Upon return he was right on it again and we were on our way in record time. He knows his job and with tremendous customer service. This is now our preferred U-Haul location. We rent about 8 times a year.

DONT EVER GO HERE THEY SCAM SCAM SCAM. TREAT CUSTOMER WITH DISRESPECT AND FILE FALSE STOLEN REPORT. This place is the worst. They called and reported the uhaul van I rented and had an extention on stolen. I get arrested. Charges were dropped. But now ima get charged for the impound and all the days they don't have it. Plus all my tools are stuck in there until they decided to stop running up the bill for me.
