no one should go here for notary if its urgent or have a deadline, I made appointment to come to this place today by 2:30pm and i received a message that it was confirmed. I walked it there exactly 2:25pm. the dude that work there is sort of attending some people in making copies, when he gets to me was around 2:35pm then told me that the notary person is not available until Thursday. very poor customer service. I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this place for notary service

I mailed a very important document to China by the expensive way ($128)in Riverside UPS(on Arlington ave). The expected edlivery date is 6/13/25, however, today is 6/19/25, the package still in Ontario, CA and keeping in there alreay 9 days! What should I do ?

I had a fantastic experience at The UPS Store on Arlington Avenue (92504) when I came in for live scan fingerprinting. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They explained the process clearly and made sure everything was done correctly and quickly. The store was clean and organized, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location if you need fingerprinting or any other services they offer!

The store assistant was very friendly and thorough. She seems knowledgeable as well. I was at this store for fingerprinting and she was very helpful. I feel bad for not remembering her name.

I’ve always been treated kindly and professionally. They always remember me and/or my daughter and know which box # is ours! Excellent service and I’m glad we chose this store for our shipping needs.

Took about 25-30 minutes to get some basic B&W prints and the employee didn't know how to work the printer. Couldn't get a colored print since they apparently don't have a color printer ?. They'll only print stuff you email to them so make sure you have it digitized. The whole process was like pulling teeth. Asked for it double sided but it was printed single sided. Wouldn't recommend for obvious reasons.

Been coming here for a few months now. The staff here is always pleasant to deal with consistently. The place is always clean as well. The only issue I’ve had visiting this business is a couple of times I’ve been standing in line to be helped and another customer walks in and creates another line. Even though there are multiple customers standing in one line. It would be nice if they had a formal customer line structure somewhere in the store.
