I was returning a pair of shoes to Zappos. I left the box untaped, so the store could confirm that they were the shoes. The store charged my $1.00 to tape the box shut. Really? I have not had this happen at any other UPS location.

The lady working at the left counter today was extremely rude and when she couldn't operate the scanner correctly she blamed my phone and then started helping another customer in the middle of my transaction. I reported it to the corporate office. No excuse for rudeness.

Do not do ANY business here .
The employees are beyond rude. Not helpful at all.
The guy with the highlights in his hair obviously didn’t wanna be there
Didn’t wanna help take my package and when he put it in the usps bin he pretty much just mad dogged me until left …I get it . Work sucks but don’t treat people like trash . Go work somewhere else if people here inconvenience you this much
