Stop charging for tape! Only ups store that charges for tape that I’ve been to, in addition I understand charging to print a label but it should be $1 not $2. Rip off

This is the most stupid place to send any package! I don't know why they r called UPS. I paid for priority shipping within the state, then later find out that they sent my envelop via USPS, and u never know if your envelop will be delivered, seriously! U can never reach them on phone! Even if you visit the site. Horrible experience! zero star given!

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable about options, delivery times,etc. Unlike post office, never lost a parcel with ups. Head & shoulders above location. Even the notary public service & computer printing services I've used here,& got great help every time.

This is a UPS store, it works fine. The poor review is for charging $1 to tape up a box.. seems unnecessary. Providing a box and peanuts should cost something, a piece of tape should be a courtesy.

Dear UPS Store Headquarters:Krista at the UPS Store #0640 at 5225 Canyon Crest Dr Ste 71 in Riverside, CA did a fabulous job and went above and beyond helping me for the day. I highly recommend her services. She is willing to help her customers, and I always see her working hard. I'm very disappointed in the Canyon Crest UPS Store. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to ask what time the notary would be in on Thursday morning. I was told 8am, which is when they open. So I made a special trip there after I dropped my daughter off at school. I actually spent 30 minutes waiting in the parking lot for them to open. When I go in, I'm told the notary won't be in until 9 or 9:30. So now I've wasted my time and I can't afford to sit here for another 60 to 90 minutes.

Staff are very nice, but prices seem too high. Notarizing documents used to be cheaper at UPS. Not anymore. This UPS store charges as much as legally is allowed in California. They charge as much as mobile notaries who come to your home. They also charged like $50 to scan about 90 pages. It only took a few minutes.

When returning goods, after several failed scans of the QR code, the staff advised me to turn on the screen. I tried to turn it on and waited for the customers in line to leave before I was worried and wanted to try again. The staff was still patient, smiling and scanned the code for me again, and finally succeeded. The failure and nervousness at that time were warmed by the patience and smiles of the staff, Thank you for your help

Love this location not just because it's closest but I've always had good customer service. Usually quick outside of Friday-Sunday. I get all of my notary stuff done here.
