Supposed to be open till 6pm..went Monday at 4pm ..closed..other people were there also trying to drop off packages..no sign on door or anything..and this isn't the first time.. extreme inconvenience for everyone.

Few months ago I've seen one the employees dropped to ground my big box. When I said something to her, another "female" employee got into our conversation, "we are not going to call the supervisor" so ask, can I have your name? they deny to give me any of their names, or contact a supervisor. The one that dropped my box to the ground was only looking at the computer smiling saying do whatever you want I'm not giving you name, so I said I was going to record her, which I didn't even do it, because that's when she walked away.... so I didn't even get a chance to get her face.
So today after months i decided to stop real quick to dropped off 3 boxes, so the employee that I had no business or a problem with her, decided to wait for my turn in line and to try to embarrassed me in front of a bunch of customers "YOU record me last time so I rEfUsE tO giVe yOu sErViCe" well YOU KNOW WHAT? GOOD I made a mistake of coming back. I will not tolerate a supervisor that can't say anything to their employees.
I've stopped coming here either way, because they don't even have respect for the supervisor. It's just very childish and I want to be a "victim" card. Like girl I had no problem with you ... you were always rude since day #1 but I didn't care... because I didn't really needed to have a word with you. You didn't embarrassed me, you embarrassed yourself with your bad behavior and fail to meet your customers service.
I'm not coming back dont worry, I never ever had a problem with an employee.
Thank God I now have La Sierra UPS 2 minutes from my office ? these UPS can keep their ugly service.

Don’t waste your time going here! They don’t value your time or business. Went for a Livescan on Saturday and one of the ladies said they only do Livescans on the Weekends from 11AM to 2:30PM. So I came back Sunday at 2:10PM and the guy said they turn their internet off to the system at 1:50PM. He said to come back Monday. The first time I understood but was annoyed cause they don’t have anything listed on their website about the specific hours for Livescans. But the second time just really irritated me given I was told to come between certain hours and the guy did not want to honor the hours. I don’t understand why you would cut your service off at 1:50PM if your telling people they have till 2:30PM. You can cut service off at 2:30PM given that your still open for other services past that time.

I just came here and your employee literally closed the door on me at 5:55!! Here another customer leaving and saying something to the employee for closing so early!
