Horrible customer service with the store manager.
Called regarding claim of a late delivery ( after paid express shipping) and stolen package (because we already left the state atp!)
Was told after filing claim store manager would reach out to me to ask any questions or make any adjustments to claim( she never did had to call back ) only for her to tell me i was “lied to” by employee and she can’t do anything and it’s too late and basically too bad.
Very unsatisfied, train your employees better if they’re “lying” and work on Your customer service !!

The customer service at this location always goes above and beyond. Every time I walk through the door, I always am greeted with a nice smile and they know what my box number is.

This is the second time that the employee named Andrea refuses to send a Shein package, she tells me that I have to send it in the package that they send but they send in a plastic bag that obviously is damage, if it were a general rule why the other two people who have served me have accepted it, in addition to this when I asked for the number where I could call to complain about her attitude she told me not to forget to leave only good comments in a mocking way to which I replied why are you making fun of me I am the client and you are here to serve me and she said why don't you look for another store and read carefully the instructions on how to return a package, she may is right about the instructions of SHEIN, but she does not have the skills to be a customer service

I went to have a certified letter sent out at this facility paid the extra money to make sure it made it safely to where it needed to be. The gentleman instructed me to put it in the mail drop which I knew was wrong. He assured me it was fine never left their facility and they will not take accountability.

Worst UPS Store expirence!!! Dont send any NDA packages because the Owner will not take any responsibility for it! Been over a month dealing with an undelivered package that was suppose to arrived NDA. The owner is refusing to refund my expenses from a service package that was suppose to arrive next day. We stayed an additional day in hotel for item(medicine) to arrive. Which ultimately arrived 16 days later. This is not okay! Unceptable, this was not the service i paid $110 for. The service i received made the items arrived 16 days later. The owner refuses to take responsibility does not want to refund for any of the cost for their delay and says its UPS is at fault. She was rude and plain out say that not my problem. That might just not be her problem but your selling a service as a UPS. As the owner do your part and take responsibility that the service your offering is trash! I won't be coming back, they sure take your money but wont resolve anything for ya.

WARNING NOT GOOD STAY AWAY! Went here to send time sensitive Priority Mail. While trying to purchase the store manager asked me to donate. Told her NO. Next charged me about 20$ for Priority Mail (after this fiasco I went To Send and Receive and paid 16$). This package had my 2023 tax return in it and required that it get to my destination by a certain time and since it never showed ever leaving the store it cost me 1,100 in interest to be paid). After repeated calls because it never showed up on USPS website I went back to the store to get a refund. One employee was snotty with me telling me I needed to fill out the form about why I wanted a refund. So now my private information is nowhere to be found. WARNING NOT GOOD.... STAY AWAY.

For some reason the clerk decided to tack on a, "Jesus Christ loves you." At the end of our interaction and he definitely did not do that to other customers. I imagine it was because he made a judgement call based on our appearance/apparel and decided we were in need of a reminder? Really bizarre and uncomfortable interaction.
