Was not a great experience. We tried to deposit a check into our business account and told us it would be almost a 2 week hold! What? We've NEVER heard this before nor encountered this issueBut told us if we went to our "usual branch", that it would be "faster".This excuse did not make any sense to us and they refused to do anything about it. So I guess we're going to our "usual branch"

Came to withdraw some cash from the atm machine, only thing it never gave me money back!!!!!! Only my receipt!!!!!!! I guess the “new” atm malfunctioned. What a nightmare!!! I had to call the bank and now ima have to wait 10 days to get my MONEY back!!! And could take 45 days to resolve. How horrible is that? I jus wanted to take out some money!!

It suprising how they think they can close your account after a few months of no activity with out notifing me, when they took the last bit of money from my account. Im sorry i wasnt expeting to be laid off from my job, but i dont think that i should be labled as a risk. The fact that your teller was giggling at my situation leaving me to belive that you have absolutly no respect for your customers. Its also funny you try to burry the poor reveiws you have with bot accounts giving you 5 stars as well.

US Bank staff @Vons branch is everything a bank should be! They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone is so welcoming, and they really make you feel like an important person.After setting up my new business account the client relationship consultant 4 “Alicia Rix” spent the time to show me how everything works on my new account and signed me up with online banking and download the app on my iPhone and showed me how to navigate the app, deposit a check…etc. plus she referred me to two other departments to help grow my small business. You just do not get that kind of individualized touch when banking with large national banks!I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with them. They are unfailingly friendly, helpful, and professional.Next time YOU stop by here ask for “Alicia Rix” to experience great customer service & professionalism for yourself!

I've been with the bank almost 10 years and pretty satisfied overall but must warn others don't make large deposits in the ATM. I used to, then on the first after I gave landlord my rent check it ate almost 600.00 putting nothing in my account. Made a claim, then they want me to wait up to 10 days. It wasn't my mistake. The money was real, from a bank, the camera can see me put it in and not get it back so what's the problem?After a week I went to the branch and they weren't helpful, they could not only not look up my claim, but said they only count the money in the machine "about once a week" and wouldn't do it early just because I lost my rent in it. They also turned off the lights on all the clerk's as the place was closing (at only 4 pm on a Friday?)Her being unable to assist me when their name is on the machine and attitude rubbed me the wrong way. Bad enough they only have one that's down half the time anyway.Also they sent me a pre approved letter for an auto refinance I d cidd to take. Took the time to go in and after wasting an hour, they refused the financing. I asked them then why did you bother me and invite me down? Just shrugs for a 60 mile round trip in rush hour traffic.Thanks

Went in to the branch to getting assistant closing my account. I had absolutely no issues with them initiating the account but, when it came to closing, the manager couldn't locate basic documents that they accepted when I initiated the account so I was SOL. These are docs that were necessary when I initiated the account but it appears either they were too busy to locate them or they were misplaced in their system and that manager wasn't honest enough to tell me the truth. Either way, I had to go back and find additional copies and resupply them. I will never do business again with this bank. Can't blame COVID for bad customer service.

U.S. Bank has the audacity to charge $7 to cash $80 personal check for there members! And they interrogate you as if you don't have an account elsewhere, just bcuz I chose to cash it at there bank. I do not and never will open account with US Bank for the reasons I have expressed here! I have an account with another bank and if US Bank was the last bank on earth I'd never do business with them. They are unprofessional and rude!

I have been coming here regularly for about 2 years now to cash checks and finally opened an account with Natalie's help. She was very helpful and patient through out the entire process. I appreciate that every time I come in she is hustling and keeping the line moving without making me feel rushed. Thank you USBank and thanks Natalie. Will be a long time customer here!

Idk about this location how are you going to have only 1 person work behind the window when there is 5+ people in line and you have other workers there. Just unprofessional, lazy, and not convenient for the customers. And on top of all this the ATM machine was broken... I know y'all barely opened but y'all need to get it together

Great customer service at this branch. They deserve to have more stars! Convenient location inside Vons supermarket off the 91 freeway/Central Ave. in the heart of Riverside, California. There was another branch which is closing down across the street but have always preferred this one. Please don't close this branch U.S. Bank. Please!

Number 1! â˜Amazing staff and unbeatable customer service. I have never had any problems or difficulties with my banking needs here. Been my bank for well over a year now; so creditable, capable, and respectable. They are fantastic at this branch!
