If I could give zero stars I would. There is a teller here that gives grief every single time we need quarters and then today we waited 20 minutes in their always long line so that she could say we don’t have quarters. Rude. Rude. Rude. I’ll happily take my business elsewhere thanks to their poor customer service thank you!!!!

This us bank and any other us bank don’t treat customers with respect and they don’t give you your money when you request them no matter the amount and that they shouldn’t be treating customers like that

Wow. I'm not sure if this place got spammed with bad reviews or not but my experience has always, always been nothing but good things from this U.S. Bank. The customer service, the quality, the friendliness. I actually wouldn't change anything with this bank. I come all the time to get a cash withdrawal from my bank. It's quick, there's never a line and when I need a personal service, the bankers are always friendly and willing to help. The cool thing is that when the bank closes, I can still access my cash from here in a very safe lighted area.

Wow. I'm not sure if this place got spammed with bad reviews or not but my experience has always, always been nothing but good things from this U.S. Bank. The customer service, the quality, the friendliness. I actually wouldn't change anything with this bank.

Employees have a very rude and bad attitude towards customers. I went to open an account. Stood in line like everybody else and when it was MY turn to be helped, this woman tells me I need to wait for them to help at least 3 other people behind me to be able to open my account and be their new customer. I said "NO thanks", I am going to take my business somewhere else. She said " do whatever you need to do". Surreal

The company I work for banks with US bank and I loved their employees so much I opened an Acct at the same branch at the Ralph’s store on La Sierra. Even though I have a check scanner now in my office I still go by from time to time and speak to all the employees! They all have great customer services skills. Kudos US Bank favorite branch!!

This bank is so bad will never bank with them again first I deposit a check last week and then this this week there closing my account with out a reason and wont give me my money at all

Great service and great employees. The girls in there are always really nice, and really go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of. I pass the other US Bank on Van Buren to get to this one.

My son went to this bank today to remove a joint account holder from his long standing bank account, he's had this bank account since he was 10 years of age he is now 29, and the bank teller that attended to him was just rude and had the most indifferent attitude, he didn't quite catch her name but she was a heavy set Latina girl with a bad red dye job and an attitude to match. My son says he's glad he's getting rid of his bank account

On occasion I cash my payroll check at usbank. It is a usbank payroll check and they will cash it with a $12 service fee. I realize this and it's no problem. Today Jazmin, the teller working took my check and refused to cash it. When I asked why she told me to call my company. That there is a problem with my company and she won't cash the check or give me a reason why. Mind you this is a multi million dollar business. So I call the owner and asked him what was going on with payroll and told him they refused my check. Long story short a lot of unnecessary phone calls were made because the truth was the check exceeded their limit. So thank you Jazmin for the run around and making me look like a complete fool. Next time be upfront and don't give your customers the run around.

Rude employees who act like they cant cash a check if you don't have an account. Rhey was rude and after making a big deal out of me not having a credit or debit card as a second form of I'd he says "it will take a few extra steps" how about you drop the attitude and do your job with out the attitude because you had to hit a few extra keys on a keyboard. ..
