The teller Faye Faye was awesome, friendly very Knowledgeable, Patient, Especially with no knowledge of how to do a wire transfer she helped me out 100%. I’ve had U.S. Bank for 17 years and been through numerous locations. This by far is the best.

Fey is completely unprofessional she was rude to the customer before me and when he left she was talking bad about him in front of everyone there and the other tellers just nodded and smiled. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. As she helped me she was rude and rolling her eyes. She told me there were only 2 accounts, I said no there are 3 she said well I don't know then finally found the third account. Everything I asked her was too much for her little teller brain. She couldn't figure out how to print which she became increasingly frustrated and rolling her eyes yet again. She should not be working in customer service. Her manager should identify this behavior and correcting it. Fey was rude the last couple time I came into the bank I let it slide but this time was so unprofessional I couldn't believe my eyes and ears.

I have gone to U.S. Bank from a lifetime of being with Union Bank and I am extremely happy again. I had to go in the branch today to set up a new business account and Faye was absolutely amazing. She was there for every little thing that I needed. She was personable. She was funny and did everything correct the first time I have had nothing but good experiences with this particular branch, I'm looking forward to a long relationship with them!

Horrible service. I was the only person and there was three tellers but they still had me wait about 10 minutes to get helped. They were rude and seemed annoyed to even be there. Branch off of wood and van buren.

US Bank ATMs are about as reliable as the McDonald's ice cream machine. Came here after being in Colton for the day on the way home. It can't dispense cash after you get thru the entire request for $100 from checking. How about just saying "out of service"? This is the 2nd us bank ATM I have had issues with in the IE in 2023. Horse hockey... Yes indeedas.

The customer service is wonderful. But this ATM NEVER WORKS FOR DEPOSITS! It’s always down and I’ve never ran into a atm with this many issues. Replace your ATMs.

I don't know what this lady's name was, but she was so rude for no reason??? I'm convinced everyone in California's customer service is just rude for fun or for a power trip. I walked in an everyone, including her, smiled at me and welcomed me. I was just there to get a new dollar because my dollar was ripped. I told her why I was there, and she angrily asked, "WHAT? DO YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT HERE?" And I said "No, I just need a new dollar." And she said "You need an account here." .... Why would I need an account here just to get a new dollar? THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ONE ELSE THERE WHY CANT YOU JUST GIVE ME THE DOLLAR WITH A SMILE?? She indeed did not give me a dollar with a smile, but she did give me a dollar. What a bad time experience for no reason LOL come on y'all is it really that hard to just be nice and kind?

Faye is extremely helpful and kind. She smiles when she sees us and did a fantastic job looking out for us by offering some available options that make our lives much smoother. The Team at this branch is Fantastic, too.

Horrible service, I am here to open a savings account, they have 2 Employees and Theresa, Theresa did not wanted to help me on opening the savings account because it was 4:33 pm they no customers, I was the only one in the bank. They couldn't not help me to open a $63k account because it was going to take them approximately 30 minutes.. unreal... Chase Bank is down the street much better service..

I don't know why there are such bad reviews. I personally have never had a problem with this bank (just make sure to bring your ID for things because I have forgotten that before and been turned away). I love US Bank, they have always had really great customer service. The staff is very helpful and informative and they even update you about new helpful features on the app that I would have never known were there (like did you know you can call them and open your app and they can navigate it with you over the phone?) I love how clean and professional the building is and I love that this one is in a safe area where I don't feel like I might be jumped for my cash when I walk out. I also have never had the ATM be down, it has always worked when I have gone. I know the other branch in Riverside closed and I sure hope this one is here to stay.

From the great customer service experience over several years with the Business Accounts we decided to move our personal accounts here as well.Faye was wonderful, taking time for us and helped set up our proper savings and personal checking.She is a breath of fresh air.The management always says hello we when they see us too.

Came in today to cash a check and had Faye as my rep and she was the RUDEST. Asked for my social security number for a “profile” i told her I wasn’t comfortable giving my social for a $1120 check as I know the federal law is $9,999+ she caught an attitude when I told her this and was surprised I knew that info. Wont ever go back to this branch! In 2021 TRAIN YOUR STAFF HOW TO BE COURTEOUS!!!!
