“I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from the owner Mike, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. What sets Mike apart from literally every other car buying experience is his unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency throughout the entire car buying process.Prior to arriving at Mike’s dealership, I coordinated with a local shop to have a mechanic available to review the vehicle. Mike did not know ahead of time which mechanic I was going to go to for the inspection. I notified Mike the day prior that I would be getting the vehicle inspected by a third-party and he was very accommodating. Upon arrival it wasn’t long before I had the vehicle out for the inspection.The mechanic did a thorough review and found no issues with the vehicle, even commenting on its excellent condition. My mechanic informed me that it is common for used car sellers to reset the OBDII computer prior to selling a vehicle because it clears the codes and any engine lights that maybe present, so he specifically checked for signs of that. I am happy to report that Mike and his team did no such thing, the vehicle had no missing diagnostic runs and everything else was in great shape.What struck me the most was Mike’s honesty when it came to discussing the price of the vehicle. Oftentimes dealers will work hard to obscure the full price of the vehicle by focusing on monthly payments etc. but not Mike. The price that he quoted when I started negotiations was also the price on the website. There was no attempt at a “bait and switch” or any other price altering nonsense that I typically encounter at a dealer. We negotiated and as we discussed the price, he showed me a full breakdown of the transaction and all its line items.Needless to say, there were no hidden fees or surprises! This was unexpected. I am one of those people that are comfortable with pushing back on all the nonsense dealers try to charge individuals, and I was actually caught a bit off guard when I encountered complete honesty and transparency from Mike.I cannot help but offer my highest recommendation for Mike and the way that he runs his business. To anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy used vehicle dealership, look no further. Riverside provides very complete information about the cars it sells - more than most sites - so you aren't forced to call, etc to get what you need. Riverside is directly connected to Dutton Cadillac so "used car dealer anxiety" wasn't an issue. We flew down and bought the car sight unseen, then drove it home on a 1600-mile road trip. “Absolutely amazing experience!!! I didn't find AutoXit... they found me! I had a car listed on OfferUp and I didn't quite have the title in hand yet since I recently had paid off the car after leasing it. Alicia reached out and explained who she was and that she works for AutoXit.I told her the situation and she said she had no issues handling it. This answer gave me the idea of asking if they are also able to buy vehicles that are still under lease since I had another vehicle I no longer wanted to make payments on, and she said yes! I was skeptical and thought it was some sort of scam at first. So I asked her to give me a call and she explained everything to me in detail. Although she was clear and had a perfect answer to all my questions, I still had my doubts since I was told by other dealerships that buying from Hyundai or Kia finance was "impossible".I had also told Alicia that I had pretty good offers from Carmax and that I just needed to get the title for the vehicles before they could buy it. She told me that if I can show her the offers in writing, that she would beat it. So, I showed her, she came back with better offers and I agreed to meet with her.She drove all the way from the OC area to come to the Northridge area and totally came prepared! She had all the necessary documents as well as cashiers checks in-hand.After doing her due diligence in checking the cars to make sure I wasn't lying about anything, she had me review and sign documents from DMV, as well as power of attorney and before I knew it, she had bought both vehicles from me and had people with her to drive them back with her.I waited to write this review to make sure the checks cleared my bank and my lease was paid off. Sure enough, I was vehicle loan free!!I can't express how smooth and easy all this was. Alicia is an MVP!! If I ever have to sell a car, I'm thinking of AutoXit first, and because of this experience, I may go to them for purchasing one too!Great job Alicia! You have a customer for life!”

“Finding a used CNG vehicle in Texas is near impossible. I find these guys on Google. They were very responsive and let me select the facility to do the inspection. I couldn't come inspect it so I trusted Raceway Ford who did a great job inspecting the CNG side as well as the rest of the truck(They are certified for CNG inspections). After I decided to make the purchase they worked with me and helped me to get it shipped to Texas. They were very responsive over email and phone and worked to make the transaction as smooth as can be possible across four states and two time zones. I got it and am very satisfied with the vehicle.
