“This visit was a big deal for me -- I've been searching for a dependable place to service my car for the past four years. After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me. I'll absolutely be returning for future service, and I'd like Ross Geiger to be my direct contact moving forward. He's earned my trust, and I'm happy to continue working with someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. Thanks again for turning what could have been just another repair into a genuinely positive experience.”

“I’ve been taking my Prius to King of Hybrid since 2021, and they have always kept my car in top shape. Main’s (the owner) team has worked on everything on the car from brakes and struts to tune-ups, a clock spring replacement, the hybrid battery, and various electrical issues. Main is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about hybrids and EV’s, and I’ve always trusted his advice on what was necessary and what would help extend the life of my car. As a single woman in my 60s, having a mechanic I can trust and rely on has been especially important to me. His pricing is reasonable given the complexity of hybrid vehicles. I’ve since moved out of the area, and I’m sorry to lose him as my mechanic. I highly recommend King of Hybrid and EV Auto repair.”

“Diesel Masters Saved Our Trip! I left Tucson at 3:00 AM to head out to California to watch my daughters play in a softball tournament. Right as I pulled into the parking lot of the softball field, my truck's check engine light popped on. We managed to get to the hotel, parked it, and set it aside so we could enjoy Disneyland and the beach with the family. When it was time to pack up and head back to Arizona, my truck wouldn’t start at all. I had a strong feeling the high-pressure fuel pump on my 2020 F-250 had gone bad. I searched for local diesel mechanics, and Diesel Masters came up with stellar reviews, and they absolutely lived up to every single one. I had the truck towed to their shop, and Juan took complete charge of the situation. It turned out the pump had failed catastrophically, throwing metal shavings throughout the entire fuel system. They had the truck for about a week and a half to perform the amazingly difficult job of replacing the entire fuel system from top to bottom. Juan was extremely fair, kept great communication, and his attention to detail is second to none. Bringing a heavy-duty truck in for a major breakdown far from home is stressful, but Juan and his team handled it with total professionalism. I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend Diesel Masters to anyone who needs honest, top-tier diesel service!”

“I took my truck here a week ago before I post this review. I will have to say that this is my new favorite shop. I use to take my truck to another location in Rubidoux. Which always did honest work. But lately their price range is out of my budget. I needed a new water pump and thermostat. I called a few other places and one location quoted me about 20 bucks cheaper then what Bloch & Shelton quoted. But I went with Bloch & Shelton because of the fact that he mentioned a warranty of two years or 24K miles. They were honest when they would be finish with the service. They sent me photos of other parts that were recommended to be replaced. I ended up getting my radiator replaced as well. So they get a 5 star for service and communication. Their pricing is more then fair for the work that they do. I recommend them for your services you need on your vehicles.”

They always get the work done quickly and correctly and are very transparent on what the issue is and how it should be fixed and the best route to go about it price wise! Highly recommend if you want quality work done on your vehicle!! If I could give seven stars, I would!”

“Frank is awesome. I had called ahead in the morning and he was able to see my car for brake lights replacement later the same day despite clearly having a busy day at the garage. Not only that, but he performed the bulb changes on my car himself, super quick, and sent me on my way. Now I know where I'm taking my car for future work. Thank you, Frank!”

“I came here on Friday because my car wouldn’t go past 20 miles an hour. I thought my engine was blown or that something really bad had happened to my car. They could have easily taken advantage of me and made up an issue like some mechanics do, but instead, he told me it just needed the throttle body cleaned. He charged me $140, and my car was back in working condition. You have no idea how hard it is to find an honest mechanic. These guys are my go-to mechanic from now on.”

“I highly recommend **TEK ONE Autoworks** and Alex for anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy mechanic. My 2005 Toyota Highlander needed extensive repairs and major maintenance, including a new water pump, timing belt kit, control arm, front brake pads, battery, axle shaft assembly, front right axle assembly, transmission oil pan and gasket, front wheel bearing, alternator, and several other repairs. Seeing such a long list of needed work was overwhelming, and I was naturally concerned about the cost. Alex was recommended to me by Rony, a brother from our church, and knowing they both attend church together gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. From the beginning, Alex took the time to explain what needed to be repaired and why. He charged a fair and honest price for both the parts and labor, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me most was not only the quality of his work but also his integrity. My Highlander is running smoothly and safely again, and I have complete confidence in the repairs that were done. It's a huge blessing to find a mechanic you can trust because that's not always easy to find. From now on, TEK ONE Autoworks will be my first choice whenever my vehicle needs maintenance or repairs. I know I'll receive quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and fair pricing every time. I will gladly recommend Alex to my family, friends, and church family. Thank you, Alex, for your excellent work, your integrity, and for helping me get my vehicle back on the road safely. I truly appreciate your kindness, professionalism, and the care you put into your work. God bless you and your business!”
