“Absolutely amazing team here... we were heading on a 9 day trip to remote Utah in our Sprinter RV and the DEF emissions system threw a fault. Luckily we were close by and they were able to get us in at 3pm on a Friday. They fixed the problem under warranty within an hour. Staff is super friendly and accomodating. He changed out the tire really fast as i walked my son to practice across the street . “This was my first time at GT Imports and Walter’s customer service was truly above and beyond! Even from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, he was very understanding, patient, and had a good attitude. I brought my car first thing the following morning and he took me in immediately, explained everything from price breakdown to what exactly they will be doing to my car. He said it should only be a couple hours and he followed through with that estimate! It was done before noon, ready to pickup, and reiterated everything afterwards from price breakdown to the exact services they did. I highly recommend this place, I would definitely go again if anything occurs, and it’s also nearby many places to kill time!”

“Amazing and fast service! I took in my 2017 Toyota Rav4 after experiencing issues with the car the night prior, I was visiting from the bay area and needed to get it fixed asap. They were able to get me in even with it being Saturday and resolved the issue in about an hour! Fair price and I was able to drive around the area and back to the bay no problem!”
“I took my truck here a week ago before I post this review. I will have to say that this is my new favorite shop. I use to take my truck to another location in Rubidoux. Which always did honest work. But lately their price range is out of my budget. I needed a new water pump and thermostat. I called a few other places and one location quoted me about 20 bucks cheaper then what Bloch & Shelton quoted. But I went with Bloch & Shelton because of the fact that he mentioned a warranty of two years or 24K miles. They were honest when they would be finish with the service. They sent me photos of other parts that were recommended to be replaced. I ended up getting my radiator replaced as well. So they get a 5 star for service and communication. Their pricing is more then fair for the work that they do. I recommend them for your services you need on your vehicles.”

“So I bought a car with a bunch of issues. That was my mistake.
I brought the car in to top dawg auto repair and they quoted me within a couple hours. They started the work yesterday late in the afternoon and had it finished by today.
I was worried about putting more repair costs into the vehicle than it was worth, but for me, it was better than buying another car.
So a bunch of work needed to be done that might never have been done before for a vehicle with ~135k miles. This contributed heavily to my costs.
However, Top Dawg made a tremendous effort to keep my quote at around the same price, even though there were additional issues that were left off the initial quote (new tires and alignment). Probably saved me at least $500 from what they would have charged me. Solid dudes. Would happily bring my car back.”

He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me.
