I’ve always had a great experience at the Post Office on Arlington Avenue (92504). The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, even during busy times. They’ve helped me with everything from mailing packages to getting passport forms, and they always do it with a positive attitude. The line moves quickly and the service is reliable. A well-run location that I trust for all my mailing needs!

I normally wouldn't write something like this, but I was extremely upset with how I was treated. This was my first time ever going, so I was already confused about how everything worked.
The woman working there—the employee—was extremely rude and aggressive, yelling at people that the system was down and they couldn’t print labels. I didn’t realize that also applied to me, so when I got to the front, she yelled at me, saying she had already announced it. I tried to ask if that applied to my situation, but she interrupted me mid-sentence, continued yelling, and looked at me like something was wrong with me.
I stood there in shock, and then the employee looked over at a Hispanic woman nearby, as if expecting her to translate for me. As the Hispanic woman was telling me what the employee had said in Spanish, I replied, “No, I understood what she said—I just don’t understand why she had to be so rude. This is my first time doing this.”
As I was walking out the door, I heard the employee making comments like, “I don’t care. People don’t listen—they need to hear how to.” I’ve worked in retail and customer service, so I understand it can be overwhelming at times, but that’s never an excuse to yell at someone—especially someone just trying to figure things out.
Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I ended up going to UPS instead, and they were very kind and understanding.

The workers here take your information and hand it off to hackers. The day after I went in to mail something I received a text message from an odd email saying my package is on hold and I need to click the link to update my delivery address and pay a fee.
