My mail keeps coming to my house opened. 2 times the envelopes had bank cards in them. On June 17,2025 my sons gc were stolen n the birthday was sent back return 2 sender. This has been happening for about the last 2 years. I’ve already reported it to the post master a few times, n we are still having this problem. Anyone else experiencing this same problem? Here was yesterday’s letter that was opened.

Friendliest experience I’ve had at a government building USPS , especially due to worker Mayra. She was quick and polite and had a smile on her face. Good service thanks.

Worst service I have received I will not attend the post office no more. I had went in and asked why my shipment I sent out was sent back to me? I was told I was doing it wrong which was funny because I had shipped about 40 exact shipments the same size and weight that have been delivered with no problems. She couldn't explain why and kept telling me I was doing everything wrong. The employee grabbed them next and tossed them into the box without care.

That post office opens at 10:00 am and closes very early, there is no time for anything. I work. I have to go to work late to be able to pick up a letter since I can't go when I leave because it is closed. It should open at 9:00 am and close at 9:00 am. 5.00pm like the other emails

Demetri made my first time getting a passport super easy. I was so nervous and anxious. Overhearing other staff they seemed so calm and patient and nice.

This place is nice and convenient, in the heart of DTR. My coworker needed to go, so we actually walked there, from work. It looks like a train station, as you enter and we were both tickled by that. She took care of her business, as I scoped out the place, to get a couple pictures. Glad to know it's there, in case I ever need to go, during work hours.
